Great hotel in the middle of the action! Beautiful lobby and restaurant/bar downstairs! The rooms are luxurious and the views are amazing! We came for the Fiesta celebration and this hotel is smack center of the festivities! It was so nice to take advantage of the cool mornings with a stroll down the riverwalk. The hotel offered parking is steep so look at my tips

The best concierge service Our Concierge was the highlight of this trip. Her name is Petra. Not only did she check us in, her knowledge of the city is absolutely incredible. On top of that she greeted us and introduced herself in korean. I am traveling a lot and I've stayed in many hotels, this has never happened to us before. We hope the management knows that this Lady is a absolute Superstar.

Wonderful hotel on the Riverwalk The bellman Matt was very helpful!! He provided great suggestions for local attractions, restaurants and unique pubs with a great atmosphere. Our room had a beautiful view of the Riverwalk. We appreciated the wonderful customer service!

Exemplary Staff I met ant least 10 employees during my stay, and every single one were exceptional. That’s not an understatement. I had a huge issue my room, but not every employee I spoke with knew that. Having great employees is typically a sign of good management. I want to specifically highlight Chevonne. She went out of her way to care for me when everything was wrong with my room. I am very grateful for her kindness. Iris was my server for breakfast. She had no idea about my problems with my room, but she made me laugh and made my morning light and fun. I didn’t get her name, but also the woman running the coffee shop. She was very busy working by herself and still made conversation. I felt very welcomed. I stay in hotels weekly and I can honestly say that I don’t know if I’ve stayed anywhere where I’ve enjoyed my interactions with every staff member I met.

Amazing Suite! My husband and I had an amazing visit- Kristen greeted us at the desk and was great. We were given a Bonvoy member upgrade to an incredible corner suite, with a giant tub, two balconies overlooking the pool, and wonderfully comfortable furniture. We didn't want to leave!
