Front Desk Customer Service Fantastic, Outdated Hotel I want to start off by mentioning that the front desk attendants were helpful and friendly. That is the only positive thing about my stay. The hotel lobby is deceiving - it looks clean and nice. As soon as I walked into the hallways, I noticed that the facility is dirty and outdated. On the first day of my stay, I took the stairs and found fried chicken on the floor. I took the stairs on the second day and the fried chicken was still there. Disgusting. The facility claims to be non-smoking, however, my room reeked of cigarette smoke. Bathroom: The sink faucet was broken, only the hot water (left side) worked. This was uncomfortable when I washed my face. The water heated up quickly and I had to finish rinsing my face in the shower. Speaking of the shower, the shower faucet was tricky to figure out. There are no hot/cold indicator signs. For the room, I stayed in: turn left for hot and turn right for cold. To turn off the water, I had to find a middle ground but most times the water would leak. If I didn't pre-pay to stay here a month prior (and if nearby hotels were under $400/night), then I would've stayed somewhere else. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Clean rooms and Excellent Service The room was conveniently located near the parking. It was clean and bed was comfortable. The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite and professional. I was very happy with my stay. Thank you very much!

Great hotel. The hotel was Huge, clean rooms, offered dinning. The pool was heated and open even during Covid. Parking wasn't free. Bed was comfy. Rooms aren't very soundproof, because the doors are heavy they slam and all night you hear slamming doors. It was a good stay, but I think next time I will try a different Marriott.

It will be great again I stayed at this hotel for over 30 day as a contract hotel. Beautiful property made for big events but during this COVID era it resembles a ghost town. Alisha & Oscar hold down the morale in the Bar & Grill. The staff is friendly & attentive. Clean & attractive property. Minor issues with a very busy municipal airport and local fire house. Can get a little noisy. Nice pool and function areas.. It will be a great hotle again after the COVID Era.

WARNING: This hotel overbooks and does not honor prepaid reservations / confirmations My family and I were excited about a much needed get-away. But when we arrived at the hotel, the clerk said that they could not honor our prepaid confirmation because they had overbooked for the holiday weekend. Even worse, the manager never came to speak with us about the situation despite our request. After waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes, I asked the clerk if the manager was coming out. The clerk left to check, then returned and blamed Amex for pushing the reservation through their site. They said that they would be calling us with an alternative hotel. We trusted this promise, but that never happened... Initially reassured by the clerk that someone would call us about a room, we left the hotel and drove around for 2 hours, waiting for this said call. No call ever came. We ended up stranded and though we tried to look for a hotel ourselves, the vicinity was fully booked due to the holiday. Exhausted, we considered sleeping in our car, but eventually drove home (6+ hour drive due to fires in the area).
