Great Staff, Clean Rooms Our family of four stayed at this hotel for two nights. All in all, it was OK. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were functional and clean. The air-conditioning was somewhat loud. We appreciated the separate sink in the kitchenette area. The hotel is a bit dated. They served very basic continental breakfast with a fun pancake machine, but everything that was offered was very sugar-based. The hotel had a nice patio on second floor where we had our breakfasts. We would stay there again, but we would bring some fresh fruit for our breakfast. The location of the hotel is ideally situated near the airport, Seaworld and the beaches and downtown.

No Hot Water. Poor Internet. Bad Customer Service. Our stay was memorable and not in a good way. The plumbing is noisy. The customer service is poor. We had no hot water in the shower and when we notified the front desk, we were told that no one else complained. We asked the front desk clerk to come to our room and check for himself. Chris said the water was lukewarm and we told him to be honest: it was cold. He said he would leave a message for the manager to call us. No one called so we called back 2 days later. A manager was not on site again and we left another message. 36 hours later, we're still waiting for a call that will probably never come.

2 Star Hotel close to Seaworld Very close to Seaworld. Many restaurants in the area. It's a motel... don't expect a 4 or 5 star experience and you won't be disappointed. The accomodations and service were exactly what should be expected from a 2 star hotel. The room was clean and the shower had great water pressure.

They need to step their game up. Stayed at this place since it’s in a good spot, and cheap. Unfortunately it’s not all that great! Been here for 5 days, and they haven’t cleaned the room once, or replaced the towels. Also apparently you can’t use the washer, and dryer after 4pm. I’m out all day so until late in the night, and I can’t even clean my stuff without forcing myself to mess things out just to do laundry.

Attempting to ruin my wife's birthday. Made reservations at this hotel in August for October 19th. I was told by several security guards that my reservation was no good. To which I replied that's a bunch of malarkey. They told me to call a number. I did so and the person on the other line with the hotel had no idea why my reservation was no good. Finally she said I'm going to call the hotel directly which she did. She came back on the phone after several minutes and said you're right the hotel is closed. She said it appears that it has been rented or bought out to House people coming in from Over the border that have no place to stay. I told her why wasn't I contacted about this why wasn't I told that I could get a refund why wasn't I told I should look for another hotel you've left me in a big mess. All she told me was oh well. I have called email done everything you can do to this company and they can still act like it was no big deal. When I did ask for a refund they fought me to The Nail to keep it. I said it's kind of hard to keep money when you didn't provide any services for it. Needless to say I will never stay at a Ramada Inn or anything owned by Wyndham Resorts ever.
