Family stop on trip Nice budget friendly stay on a family vacation. Near the airport and close to other places of interest in San Diego. A bit noisy and underground parking wouldn’t accommodate our car-top carrier, so the above ground parking was comped on our return trip. Great customer service!

Vacation The rooms were clean bathrooms are small. The location was great really close to anything in downtown San Diego and Sea World. The parking was a hit and miss in the area but they had under ground parking for the property that was secure. The internet was very slow, once connected.

Extremely poor hospitality and customer service Do not stay here unless you want to get robbed and then have to sleep on a wet bed!! After the cops were called, the front desk was extremely rude about both the situations. sheets were brought to put on top of the wet bed. The sheets were way to big and dragged on the floor,

Not As Advertised Floors/Carpets were extremely dirt. Left our feet black after walking on the floors/carpets. Did not provide clean towels on a daily. When requesting clean towels had to wait for hours. They advertise that breakfast is available, but it is not.

Over-priced Our room was nearly 3x the normal rate and we still had to pay additional for parking. There were no wash clothes provided for our shower. When I asked the maid for wash clothes, she did not understand me, I believe she spoke no English thus a language barrier.
