Loved it! Loved the remodeled room, very nice and cozy inside. Breakfast area was always Maintained and clean. Everyone was friendly and so helpful when asked for help. Would stay here again. It was so close to all the great places to visit in San Diego.

Good Service Gina at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting our room ready for early check in so that I can make it to a important event on time. The room was small but good enough for a weekend stay to enjoy Pacific Beach. Overall clean and comfortable.

Quiktrip cooling off from Arizona heat For the start, staff is amazing very friendly. This was an easy commute coming from Arizona right off the exit and also right near Mission Bay Park four minute walk or 2 to 3 minute car ride depending on traffic will be here again. My room is absolutely beautiful clean everything worked very happy with parking. And Gina, the front desk clerk was just a sweetheart and full of information. Very helpful

Anyone decided to go to SureStay hotel by Best Western- San Diego/pacific beach- be prepared for those thing listed abov There is no room service at all!! Booked for 4 nights, the second day calling and asking for the room service. The answer is - we usually do room service in every other day but your room service is scheduled for tomorrow (on the 3rd day). Calling backs on the 3rd day and getting answer- the house keeper already left, will do tomorrow (on the check out day)… The power hook on the wall was broken, asked for repair or replacement and got such an answer — the market is not far from the hotel, you can go and buy why you need! I have even heard anything like THAT!

Helpful, clean, convenient! Gina was the absolute best! She was very accommodating and helpful.
