Great Find ! Very good value. Really friendly helpful service which was lovely.Well appointed room serviced daily. Clean and tidy. Complete with hot beverage machine fridge and microwave. Great location. Close to bus routes, bike hire etc. Rosie’s Cafe & Mel’s diner for breakfast one block. Lots of restaurants and shops 2 blocks. Easy walk to the Bay shore.

Very very very bad experience I had a terrible experience at this hotel. My sister was visiting me in the U.S., and I was staying with her when an employee locked us out of our room because one of the pillows was stained with hair oil. She demanded $50 just to unlock the door! We even offered to clean the pillows ourselves, but she refused. We have video evidence of how poorly we were treated. Additionally, I noticed that they don’t change the bed sheets during room service. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Terrible experience I had a very disappointing experience at Greenwich Inn Hotel. After a long day, I returned to my room only to find that my key had been changed without any prior notice. The reason? 2 dirty towels and one yellow pillow from my hair oil. The staff who claimed she is manager was incredibly rude about it, demanding a $50 fee at a late hour without any consideration for my situation. This lack of communication and respect is unacceptable. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

Great place ! Loved it ! Had one night here....excellent location for a short 10 minute walk to get a fantastic bay view over to Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge! Room was spotless, bed very comfortable, bathroom and toiletries excellent! Staff member was so helpful. Not situated near city centre....but short uber ride away. Great price for one night ! Restaurants and bars close by. Loved it.

Very unhelpful, dishonest and rude staff I booked my room less than 48 hours before my stay. Unfortunately my son woke up very sick the day before our trip and I canceled immediately the morning of 9/3/22 when our reservation was for the night of 9/4/22. I was still charged the full amount due to not canceling 48 hours in advance, despite not even making the reservation 48 hours before our scheduled stay. The staff gave me the runaround, claimed they didn’t know about it or it was too late to reimburse. The lady was rude snd hung up on me. It’s very unfortunate that this business won’t be understanding or make exceptions under these circumstances and have zero customers service skills.
