Never a disappointment Always enjoy this location. Safe neighborhood, walking distance from anything. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. This is my second stay in two months. I would hope they start room service back up again.

Hotel was good, service was not. We had a good experience to start with considering we were moved up to the top floor. The hotel room was pretty clean and had a nice view. The first morning, the toilet overflowed. We tried to get in contact with the front desk for at least an hour before maintenance was sent up to our room. Housekeeping then followed about 30 minutes after, at first she was mad because she said housekeeping didn’t start until 9:00am. We had to talk to the front desk again to tell housekeeping to come up. Housekeeping then came up frustrated that they had to dry the bathroom before their shift supposedly started.

Good but could have been better Location between the financial district and Chinatown could not have been better. The view of the the skyline was spectacular including Coit tower and the Bay. Disappointed that there was no hotel store and the wait time for the elevator. Some rowdy neighbors are sometimes unavoidable. Room was as clean as could be reasonably expected which is very important during the COVID-19 era.

Never again The room was dirty, front desk was rude. Parking fee was high for a pee smelling garage. Location is terrible if you want to walk. Our room had bugs and the furniture had stains. Room was not clean. Only positive was the view!

Extremely DISAPPOINTED We booked this hotel for the location and the views. Though once we arrived everything went downhill. The elevators took 20/30 minutes each time we needed them. There was nothing open for food in the hotel, the staff was extremely rude and couldn’t answer any questions. This place is highly overrated and needs many renovations. Beware and don’t be fooled.
