San Fran Experience Beds a little soft for my liking but that's a minor quibble. Very comfortable stay, and a great base to explore San Francisco from!! No breakfast, but coffee/tea available in reception as well as facilities in your room. There is a restaurant adjoining the hotel, but loads of places to eat!!!!

Great Place for a Bargain! Check in was very simple. They were out of queen beds so they upgraded us to the king for free. Rooms were adorable and clean. Very walkable for coffee, drinks, and dinner. Area feels safe. We were astounded that the hotel was so affordable!!!

Charm lost to time...consider an alternative During our stay at the hotel, we encountered several issues that made our experience less than satisfactory. While the hotel boasts a quaint, old-world charm, it's marred by "old hotel" problems like small, creaky elevators and furnishings that show significant wear and tear. Room and bathroom were uncomfortably small, with a lack of full closets. Additionally, noise from the street was a constant disturbance. Given these drawbacks would advise other travelers to seek better accommodations, as there are plenty of more comfortable, affordable and modern options available.

Really Bad Don't Stay or Even think of Booking Room at this Property I visited at property as walk in guest but manager name Eric (contact No: 415-678-0009) was very rude at one of his employee while I just arrived. I requested him to let me check room before I pay at that time he was completely unrespectful and told me to contact his owner and he told I don't have any authority to show you room. And ask me to call owner at (Contact No: 415-279-4676) and ask me to call that guy which he called as his "So called OWNER". The staff there were really nice it seems except the guy ERIC. He is not capable for House Keeping working and saying guest that he is the manager of some Motels which I think is just fake. I request whomsoever is reading this review please do not book a single room at this property. There are lot of other good Motel in City and near San Francisco International Airport which really have a good price. Apart from that there are lot of Homeless people near around the Hyde which makes the place all most unsafe to stay. Kindly avoid to stay this kind of property were every other roadside person think that they are the "Manager" and only one who has the motel within San Francisco.

Great location for exploring the city REALLY clean! Fantastic location for exploring the city. Service excellent. We arrived fairly late on Monday evening, check in was simple and efficient. Explored the city the following day and left our bags in the hotel. All completely seamless and easy. Thoroughly recommend
