DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Worst place you could ever stay at even for the price. I get it, you get what you paid for. But I didn’t pay for a huge oil stain on the bed sheets, a medicine measuring cup on the floor by the foot of the bed, a blood stain hand towel in front of the tv, dirty wet hand rag by the sink, stains on all bath towels, trash can that wasn’t taken out from prior stay, broken curtains somewhat see thru due to it being super old, a/c unit wasn’t even working, lights by the entrance wasn't working, lamps on both side wasn’t even working due to no lightbulbs yet it was plugged it…. Hmmmmm interesting and yet lastly opening the tv that went straight to porn on the web. The place was super filthy!!! If I can give this review no stars I would! If you’re reading this, go somewhere else.

Best I had an outstanding experience at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The rooms were not only luxurious but also meticulously clean. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

No resemblance to the listing or reviews It's hard to believe I'm in the same place as this listing and reviews. On checking in, I found a room with no chairs at all, no phone (or visible phone jack), no bedside lamps or clock radio, no artwork on the walls, and no flowers as shown in the photo. The cables for the TV set were a jumbled mess hanging below the set. The refrigerator compressor was so noisy it vibrated the vanity counter above it. I walked down the 3 flights to the office, where the clerk was surprised that there was no chair and said there must be a phone, because he called and it rang. I invited him to come up a find it. Safa was very pleasant, had no more luck finding a phone than I had, but rounded up a dining chair that placed my laptop at armpit height. As the evening wore on, I discovered the bathroom light doesn't work. The common areas are in desperate need of deep cleaning and maintenance. Though I reserved the room for 3 nights, I plan to tough it out through tonight and look for another spot for the remainder of my time in SF.

Honest managers and a nice stay The staff was very informative, polite, and kind. The front desk manager walked me from the office and down the sidewalk to show me the entrance to where I could find my room. He even helped me solve a kind of tricky situation with competence and ease allowing for compromise and a win-win situation. Honest folks here and a nice stay over.

Like to have the staff wake your family at 4:30 am? The staff woke us at 4:30 am to resolve THEIR error, and it obviously could have waited until my children were up. Or they could have just been competent and solved it. Not an apology or offer to MAKE IT RIGHT. The "free parking" is entirely insufficient, no assurance you can park. Lighting in bathrooms is flickering brown neon. The refrigerator rattled all night. Seeking refund.
