Excellent Property | Outstanding Staff We stayed here on the way to a photo shoot on the Osa Peninsula. Room very comfortable, staff outstanding, dinner and breakfast great. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. Their COVID safety measures put most places in the US to shame. Well done! Staff were also very helpful in arranging COVID tests at hotel on our outbound leg back to the US. Will definitely return!

Avenida Escazu convenience, great place, fantastic breakfast I have stayed here twice an its a great property. The breakfast is just fantastic. I think they got a new Chef and it shows. Rooms are really comfortable. Only complaint is the AC is right in the room so it makes a lot of noise. Other than that, its really good. Front desk is always helpful. Parking inside the area of the hotel is tight, but they have a separated parking area in front of the hotel for when that one fills up.

Amazing customer service and excellent everything! Look at the reviews. Tons of people saying the same thing. "best hotel, best customer service, couldn't be better." it's incredibly true. I was very pleased with the staff to include Jimnasio, Robert, Yorelny, and everyone else who i didn't name. The young man who helped me with the scales to weigh my bags, i didn't get his name, but thanks to him. And i asked for 2 bags of decafinated coffee because i messed up my attempt to make some. Robert came up to my room with 2 cups already made, i couldn't belive it. Robert is amazing! The location is exceptional. There is a very secure residence neighborhood next door that you can go for bike rides, jog, or walk and not have to worry about traffic or danger. The place where the hotel is located is amazing too, lots of shops and PF CHANS is an amazing restaurant in the complex. I highly recommend that restaurant. Oh and the breakfast was probably my favorite part! I will always stay here from now on! Amazing place and staff. The only thing i didn't like was the charges for the soda, $3.00 for a soda that cost less than .50 is ridiculous. Oh and the taxi outside, his name is Tony, he charges too much for a Walmart run. UBER was about 2 dollars and tony wanted to charge me $6.00. I suggest you all tell Tonly to accommodate the customers and not try to price gouge them. Everything was great though. Love this place and it's location. P.S the kitchen was awesome too! Huge, and i mean HUGE refrigerator.

No water in gym Customer service people are rude. Hotel is nice, gym is mediocre at best. No water in gym so you have to pay for water in lobby to use gym. That’s the biggest joke to me. Might as well look for a real gym with free water since you’re going to be already be paying 5-7 USD for water to take to gym. Will look for other options next time around in San Jose.
