Catching a flight Everything at this hotel was great based on my experience! Kevin was very helpful with answering all my questions at checkin and making sure we were accommodated for a early morning flight. The room was clean. The shuttle to the airport was ready and on time.

Not good stay I had the worst stay as I found bugs on the floor and bathroom. The room was duty not clean Worst Customer Service. The front desk is a joke. You should train or get a better front desk agent with more confidence to drive the business. I won't stay on this hotel ever on my next trip.

Decent older property. Close to the airport A decent older property. Staff was fine. Room was a little on the larger side, but I did have an end room. It was clean and comfortable. But could use some updating. Connecting door in the room as well as microwave and fridge. Door closers were old so there was some door slamming. Price was reasonable. It is an airport hotel, so you will hear planes. It's not too close to restaurants or shopping.

Very poor hospitality!! This was a remarkably bad hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. Not once did we have house keeping, even when requested. The woman at the front desk told me she “cancelled “ my request because the housekeeper was too busy. I asked her for towels. She asked me to “bring the used towels downstairs before I would be provided with new towels.” Then I had to ask 3 times for toilet paper.AMAZINGLY AWFUL HOTEL. Do not come here. Don’t know if the Double Tree and Hampton Inn next door to each other are the same.

Just answer the phone I'm staying here on business. I was told when I checked in that I could call from my room and order from the restaurant. I called the front desk. No answer. I call the main number. No answer. I called the 800 number and told the operator I couldn't reach the front desk. She put me on hold and tried. NO ANSWER. I finally gave up, left my conference call and went downstairs. At the reception desk were 2 people. I told one about my difficulty reaching them. She said, "Oh, the volume on the phone must be down, we haven't had any calls." NO, REALLY?!! I looked at her incredulously and suggested she turn the phone volume up SO SHE CAN HEAR FROM HER GUESTS AND ANYONE ELSE UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO BE TRYING TO CALL HILTON GARDEN INN. No apology. Just a stupid look.
