Not what I expected Unfortunately this wasn't what I expected. Room was not attended to once during the stay. Other guests kids were allowed to run up and down the halls yelling and banging on guests doors. Kids were unsupervised in the pool and allowed to be intrusive and disrespectful to other guests

Not worth the cost For the cost I was disappointed. The tv was quite small and has poor reception. The tv remote was broken. The continental breakfast was a 6 out of 10 at best.

Run down facility Front in staff at check out was not trained properly shouldn't even have been working yet . Hallways where very warm and no ice machine on our floor . Restaurant is never open when we travel

Could be a nice place. Tiny towels. Room key didn't work (can't get in! Twice! With mom in wheelchair!) Self adjusting room temperature (reduces A/C in the middle of the night. All problems could be changed with proper management in my opinion.

They are trying but missed the mark during our stay. Came in for a 4 day weekend for a family wedding. Pros, the place has great potential, the day desk help is very helpful and trying really hard, Our room was recently painted and at some recent point had rugs overlayed ?over the old rugs? - we stayed in 214, it was a big room with a king bed and sitting room - which was great for gathering other family staying in the hotel. They let us take over the entire lobby for our after wedding family gathering. Cons - there is no way this hotel is worth the almost $700 I paid for 3 nights. The advertised restaurant and bar have been closed for over 6 months and our group didn't know, the continental breakfast should be avoided - it is the most basic of basic, the beds were hard as concrete and had no power anywhere around them - even though the side table had power accommodations - these days you should have power let alone a USB anywhere in the room. The appearance of the place is relatively clean - until you run a cloth over surfaces like a coffee table and the bathroom counter and the towel turns black (I kid you not). I wanted to clean the outside of the absolutely filthy ice machine but my husband wouldn't let me. Management please clean the outisde of the ice machine so your ice does not appear to be skethchy.
