congratulations Excellent place to stay at a very convenient location, we felt safe at all times,,particularly now days when a clean environment is so important. Rooms are clean, comfortable and service couldn't be better. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Great weekend experience I stayed there for the July 4th weekend with my family. Areas were clean and nice specially the hotel staff were truly accommodating and friendly. I recommend this place since is very centric and with multiple open places around the area.

NOT truly “pet-friendly” The hotel charges $100 as a pet fee if you don’t inform them PRIOR to arrival. You’re supposed to call them beforehand...and then they ONLY charge $75, which is overpriced for a motel. Who has time to call beforehand? Is it really that much trouble to accommodate a pet at arrival? — the hotel was practically empty. If they’d made it clear they were going to charge extra at check-in I would have changed hotels. Otherwise an unexceptional property. No services available.

Avatar, It Was Adequate The purpose of my visit was to watch a game at Levi Stadium. I stayed for one night in January 2020. I checked-in early evening and during that time I had a nice conversation with their front desk staff that concluded with exchanging smiles. The initial room I was given, room 342, was a disappointment. Both the TV and the heat exchange were inoperable. What was most worrisome was the front door not able to lock. When I contacted the front desk they recommended having their maintenance person look at the issues before making any moves to a new room. After a 10 minute visit from their maintenance person inspecting all the issues, who by the way was very kind, said to me, “I don’t understand why they gave you this room”, as he pointed to the door frame. “The door is out of alignment so it cannot be locked.” Needless to say I was assigned a new room immediately. A better room. Room 337. This hiccup was managed properly and I do give credit to the Avatar team for their actions. The hotel has its own parking spaces which is free-of-charge but at your own risk per the posted signs saying “at your own risk” - the parking lot has no security measures. It is true from other reviews that you can hear every step outside of your room. However, I didn't experience a lot of foot traffic and perhaps in part of staying during a slower time. Keep in mind this is classic motel-style accommodations. No amenities, no room service, only the adjacent IHOP restaurant. Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are kitschy and no doubt outdated, Avatar makes it convenient to walk to Levi Stadium and indeed was fun walking with all the football fans. I like the Hotel staff. I had a comfortable sleep. The place is welcoming, clean and all the linens were of good quality. Will I return? I'm not sure. The experience overall was adequate.

Robbie the Robot Does Well A pleasant surprise. Rooms were good size, clean, up to date, though the satellite TV service could use a few more channels. Desk personnel were always pleasant, and having IHOP connected to the hotel made for super easy mealtimes. With a vehicle, other restaurants, grocery and entertainment facilities close by.
