Great experience! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and updated, and breakfast was loaded with lots of items. We were very impressed with the Continental Breakfast. We really enjoyed the pool area as well, and the staff were helpful! The WiFi password was not working but they helped us figure it out. Great overall experience in a nice area of Santa Cruz!

Exceptional Hotel for the Price Point Whoever is running this hotel near Santa Clara University is doing an exceptional job. Attention to detail is on display everywhere. The rooms are huge and meticulously clean, the pool and lobby are delightful and comfortable, the staff are professional and pleasant, and the breakfast far exceeds what you can usually expect from similar hotels. One of the best value hotels I've stayed at in the last ten years.

Great place to Stay, though bit expensive Clean rooms and nice place to stay. Great location...close to Santa Clara town center,.eateries and Peet's Cafe.....while checking out in the early AM ( around 4am) front desk was busy on the phone ( or sometimes not available). Could not drop the keys as nonexpress checkout available and had to wait and tap the door for the staff to open. Should provide calling bell outside to seek help. Would recommend. Good service

Best Western University Inn Santa Clara I liked the location it was close to a lot of things the University, museums and places to eat. They had a great breakfast with a lot of choices. The room I had was really small to other Best Westerns I have stayed at but was clean. I think I would try and stay again.
