Business Trip Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms, gym, and pool were nice. Breakfast was good, many options to choose from.

Bad smell from bathroom, unhelpful management. Avoid this property. My recent stay at Hyatt Centric Santa Clara was terrible. The bathroom in my room had a bad odor coming from the shower drain. I complained to the front desk and they sent maintenance to investigate the issue in the morning. However, it was still there when I returned to my room later at night. I complained to the front desk again and they sent maintenance again to resolve the issue. The smell dissipated for about 30 mins but then returned. There's likely something wrong with the plumbing and needs to be cleaned out thoroughly. Front desk was not helpful and did not provide a new room or alternate accommodations. I'll never stay here again and I strongly recommend to avoid this property.

understaffed and poor working order Noisy. Outside traffic, next door room, hallway conversations. Thin walls, and windows. understaffed. house cleaning at 6pm. and not clean. breakfast never opened ontime. at least 10-15 min late every morning. coffee , OJ, yogurt, fruits were not being replenished. I stayed 6 days on business, and everyday was bad. my colleagues have all had bad experiences in the past and I also will not stay here ever again.

Great value for you money The rooms were super convenient for business travelers with the separate working area outside of the bedroom. The hotel is clean, the staff is courteous and the pool looked really nice. It is convenient to Santa Clara corporate parks and Uber/Lyft is always closeby.
