Finally a haven in New Mexico! We left a horrible situation at a way too $$ resort and this was a lovely stay. The staff is so nice and attentive. Our king room was small but so clean and cozy and our bed was divine! I'd rather have small and luxurious anytime! The pool... omg! It's insanely beautiful and clean and they have someone to run you cocktails and food from a small but nice menu. The cocktails are perfection! They provide iced chilled water bottles to you all day at poolside too! The view is gorgeous and I highly encourage you to watch the sunset at the 4th floor patio. We did our last night and it was breezy and warm and watching the clouds change was dreamy. Everything in our room was done right. Bathrobes, slippers, ample toiletry items, paper products and again, the bed was one of the best I've ever slept it. We cannot wait to go back! Walk to the plaza or just stay in and go to the fine dining on the patio! Just relax and enjoy and top them well!

A quiet retreat Our 3 night stay was quite enjoyable. We were able to check in early which was a bonus, The property was lovely and the room comfortable with a roomy balcony including a table and 2 chairs. We ate at the restaurant a few times on the patio and the service and food was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience Stay was awesome. Downtown so we could walk to restaurants and art galleries. Did not have to drive in town. Great pool. Clean rooms. I would recommend this location and if I go back to Santa Fe this is where I will stay. Close to Taos and other sites.

Good hotel in convenient location to Santa Fe Plaza I stayed here with my family in Santa Fe when i was attending a conference. The hotel has a lot of charm and is next door to the Loretto Chapel. The rooms are nice but a bit dated. The bathrooms in particular in the rooms have old fixtures and switches. They really need to be upgraded. On the plus side, the staff here is very nice and accommodative. There was a a strong smell of smoke from some of the floors and they were quick to address the problem when it was brought to their attention. The hotel has a nice pool and a spa. It has a shopping arcade with a lot of stores selling Santa Fe artwork. The location on the Old Santa Fe Trail is very convenient and only two short blocks from the Santa Fe Plaza. The restaurant is good and had a lot of good menu items at reasonable prices. Santa Fe though abounds with great restaurants and shops so go explore. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Santa Fe and the Inn and Spa at Loretto compares well. I would stay here again.

The Best Hotel in Santa Fe By the far the nicest hotel my family has ever stayed at in northern New Mexico. I came to visit Santa Fe for the first time to Celebrate my 25th birthday and boy was I not disappointed! I received a personal card from the hotel wishing me a happy birthday and on one of our beds was the cutest stuffed bear named, "Douglas" that my son now absolutely adores. Definitely a family friendly hotel. Their newly remodeled pool area is absolutely gorgeous and was a beautiful sight from the outer balcony to our room that faced the pool. Their guest service quality is second to none! Through their very convenient and easy-to-use text messaging system, Genelle and Jo at the front desk were highly responsive and courteous in assisting me with all my needs during my stay from room service requests to questions I had about the area. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again and recommend this location for anyone visiting Santa Fe or even just passing through!
