Goldilocks Hotel Inn Santa Fe is a godsend for travelers and those in transition. You will find hospitality where respect is given. This is an older property but the rooms are nice. The beds are comfortable and I slept extremely well. I have stayed on the 2nd floor facing the pool and facing the Motel 6. I hardly heard any noise from the Motel 6 side except when a big truck had to leave at 6am which was when my body naturally wakes up. There is good coffee 24/7 in the lobby with cream and sugar. On the second floor in the middle of the hallway there is a Pepsi machine for when you have that craving. As well as an ice machine. Housekeeping is proactive and while I did not need my bed refreshed during my 6 night stay, it was easy to swap dirty towels for clean ones. The rooms are spacious and I was able to set up a single person tent for testing easily. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. The fridge does not get very cold even at the max setting of 7, so be aware if you load it completely full you will be sad. I love the full length mirror by the entrance to ensure I look my best before heading out. The sink area is small but with enough space to set up all my toiletries. I absolutely adore the shower/tub combo. Coming back after a long day and having a bubble bath in a clean tub was the absolute best.

Hotel doesn't care about disabled guests and lacks hospitality Not ADA compliant. From the owners who dont care to resolve to all the staff and unavailable managers nobody cared about trying to take a wheelchair up the spiral stairs. Staff is very rude and unwilling to hear or solve issues and after asking to speak to general manager I was told no. This hotel is a nightmare and you'd have a better experience at a small rundown motel in the area than this place. Save yourself the trouble and stay clear

Decent Place, Great Customer Service The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The Service behind the counter was excellent. Both the lady and the gentleman. also great coffee nearby and dutch bros. also the room was very quiet and the pillows comfy. this 200 minimum character requirement is anoying and I would get rid of it before I just cancel this review.

Clean and affordable Unexpectedly nice and affordable hotel in Santa Fe! We came to town to visit friends, but they had plans the day we arrived. So we booked this hotel at the last minute, sight unseen. Turned out to be quite nice, clean, and safe. (Including all our stuff still in the car.) No breakfast included, but Madame Matisse is just a bit down the road and has great French breakfasts!

Location okay, room not so much. I was very disappointed with my recent stay. There was graffiti in my room, it felt grunge-y, it had a weird smell like musty hotels have. I would not stay here again. I think it used to be a Travel lodge or Roadway Inn. It was, however, in a neat location if you don't mind the above things. I went to 2nd Street Brewery on Rafina and it was a great experience.
