Disgraceful poor service This Establishment is the worst I've ever seen and i have been to hotels all over the world. The fact that whomever is responsible for allowing this business to operate in their town is the blame. I rented their banquet room for my wife 60th Birthday the room is filthy carpet nasty broken window. We asked about cleaning or Vacuuming the floor they said they don't have a vacuum. Asked about cleaning the room they said the lady is off. One WORD DESCRIBES THE LEADERSHIP IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. DISGRACEFUL... THOSE IN CHARGE SHOULD BE TERMINATED and this business closed until they are able to meet at least a 4Star rating.

Really run down The room we were given was missing electrical wall plates. The light over the sink was so dim I could not use it to shave. The carpet was worn and needed cleaning. The hall from front to back of the building had exposed electrical wires and wire connection. The place advertised breakfast but did not have any food service. Covid has clearly not been kind to this place and it shows.

Disgusting room, questionable safety in the hotel area based on our observations. Checked in paid the going rate and a $10.70m pet fee. Went to the room.... horrible smelling and cockroaches on the floor. Furnishings were in very poor condition. There were questionable people hanging around that made us very uncomfortable. The outside of the building was in disrepair especially on the non frontage side. Addressed the issue with the front desk and told them we were not going to stay. Clerk called manager and stated we would not be charged and a refund would be issued. Checked my credit card statement a few days later... NO REFUND and a SECOND room charge. We DO NOT recommend staying there. Look at their other reviews first....I wish we had!

Fraud So I make a reservation, they take my money, then 45 minutes later while I am driving to the hotel, they call me an tell me they need to cancel my reservation. Somehow they overbooked. This was booked through a reservation system, so I guess the system can't count. I asked for my money back and guess how long it will take? 10 DAYS!!!! It took them 10 Seconds to take it out of my account, but it will take 10 DAYS to put it back. The system is broken!!! Stay away from Choice hotels. they are a nightmare to deal with. Fraud!!! they took my money knowing they didn't have what I was purchasing. The computer did not mess up. The staff decided to take a walk in and cancel the person who had a reservation and wasn't there yet. Now they they have my money in an account as well as the walk-in's money. FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG!!!!! All the bad reviews - BELIEVE THEM! This place is a dump. When looking for a one-night on-the-road place to sleep. I'm not looking for fancy amenities but at $90/night, you should be able to get basic cleanliness and maintenance. First, the outside: peeling paint, mostly weeds, what little grass there was needed mowed, bags of trash outside of rooms, only one working ice machine on the other side of the complex, family (?) sitting outside doing hair cutting/styling(?), young man climbing fence to get in pool area. Inside: towel bar barely hanging on wall, water faucet only cut off when positioned off-center, luggage rack was rusty, no hangers, rusty ironing board, dirty washcloths, dirty walls - just horrible! And to top it off, we were handed a flyer which said their fire alarms weren't working. How does the local fire department allow this?
