Avoid this place. My wife and I were stupid enough to stay here for 5 nights. We have been coming here for a number of years. Each year the motel gets worse. This was the final straw. We had an upscale room (?) that had a soaker tub, two sinks, two TV and a separate sitting/sleeping area. Normally that would sound good but this was NOT. There was no cold water. try brushing your teeth with scalding hot water. Hair dryer would not blow hot air. Had to slam the door in order for the latch to lock. The breakfast consisted of two pieces of bread and waffles and dark brown orange juice. But, if you like trains, you get to hear them blow their horns at the level crossing in front of the hotel all night long or about every 90 minutes. In five days the internet worked for about a total of 35 minutes. After the first night stay we tipped the cleaning staff and asked them to do our room (garbage and coffee). We returned 9 hours later and nothing was done. The highlight of our stay was checking out. When I questioned the RFID key charge, I was told by the manager I had to call the head office to have the charge reversed. NEVER AGAIN...........

Dont Stay Here! You will be accused of smoking in room! Do yourself a favor and dont stay here. The hotel its self is ok but the little devil behind the counter naked Nataya will come to your room and bring her homeless looking employee with her and accuse you of smoking in the room and demad 350 on the spot. She is very rude, needs to brush her teeth and wipe the white crap she had all over her face off. She has zero people skill and management skills. She brings zero value to the hotel for the guests. She looks like Tatoo on fantasy island. She must be involved with the owner romantically to be working there. To top it all off i had to wait 20 minutes for the guy to check me last night to wake up.

Ok if you are deaf and able- bodied The hotel fronts a four lane highway. So, all night there is heavy truck traffic. Apparently, there is a reason to slow down right in front of the hotel because many of the trucks use their Jake brakes right there. It just adds to the noise. In the morning there is no need for an alarm because the 5:30 train comes by and blows it's horn. Maybe if you get an even numbered room on the back side it would be more quiet. There is no elevator. So if you get the third floor, you have to lug your bags up. We called before booking to see what the protein offerings for breakfast were. They SAID boiled eggs. There were no boiled eggs, or any other protein. I don't think I would stay here again.

If I could give this a zero star I would! We stayed at a hotel recommended by the Travelocity app. Reviews and pictures looked great. Hotel was Not! It was absolutely disgusting. Completely false advertising. My tub was broken. Toilet didn't work in one of the rooms. Air conditioning barely worked,, so it was more like a fan, than central air. They tried telling us our rooms were booked by calling me the day of our check-in despite having a reservation. Then after much hassle, we got our rooms (now wishing we'd just found a different hotel!) The rooms were so dirty with food (a beef stick, and sunflower seeds) on the floor. Dirty bathroom with hair in tub, and dirty sheets. If I could give this a zero star I would! Do not recommend!

Felt Unsafe and Unclean We checked in to find the front door filthy and the entry mat appeared someone threw up on it, Non smoking room that had been sprayed to hide the smoke smell, Came back that evening to find the parking lot full of people and felt very unsafe.
