Nice hotel! Nice hotel! Lobby is beautiful and concierge was very nice with recommendations. Parking is small right outside the hotel but there is a parking deck nearby that they validate. Great location and walking distance to a lot of things in Savannah!

Parking nightmare I stayed at this hotel July 18-19, 2024. Hotel was nice, clean, great location; concierge was most helpful in suggesting things to see/do. My complaint was the parking situation. I am a senior citizen with back issues and having to park in the garage behind Embassy Suites, which is behind the Hampton Inn (b/c no spaces were available in the Hampton Inn lot) was VERY inconvenient; much less having to pay $35 per night and still have to walk through the lobby of ES to get to my hotel! That was ridiculous!!!!! In addition to having to park half a mile away, the garage had a steep incline and parking spaces were on a slant and very close together. If all cars were parked perfectly between the 2 lines, you could still barely open your door without banging the car next to you. Surely, there has to be a better solution to accommodate your guests and their parking needs.

Close enough to the history, but far enough away... Pros: close proximity to the river/historic district; our King room was spacious and included a wet bar area, desk area, seating area with a sofa and the King bed; outdoor swimming pool on their property; daily continental breakfast featuring the basic hotel fare Cons: parking is limited on their property, with overflow in another hotel parking lot; no valet parking offered for those having to park in overflow

Conrad Hilton Would Not Be Pleased There is s much that can be done to make this a nice hotel. Our room was massive. It was an "upgraded" queen suite. It came with 2 queen beds, sofa bed, kitchenette, business/work area, sitting area. My problem, it was filthy. Please see the attached pictures. Also, there's much to be desired in terms of customer service. The guest services agents weren't rude, just very reserved...no smiles, short-to the point answers. The lock on my locked suitcase was missing when i returned to retrieve it. I left it at the front desk while i waited to check in at the Embassy Suites, which sits parallel to this place. The manager was very unconcerned that the lock was missing and stated, "Well, if it shows up, I'll call you." The breakfast was good. The concierge was helpful. This hotel could be 4 stars if not for the guest services agents and just raggedy, unkempt spaces. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself.

Dirty The bedding was absolutely disgusting. After a long days drive, we were hoping just to jump in bed, but the bloodstain sheets and dirty comforter, forced us to wait hours on end for housekeeping to come and replace the sheets. I would skip this hotel and stay at one of the boutique hotels in the area. I’m a Hilton Diamond member and love all the perks, but this place was disgusting.
