Nothing good to say about this place. TERRIBLE!! Feel like paying $20 for a lousy easy bake breakfast (non complimentary) this is the place for you. Got non smoking rooms that smell like lung cancer and second hand smoke. Cant use cash at this cashless dump. Wanna use your card, can’t. Card machine is down. But they would love to charge it to your room. Don’t forget the $3.00 waters on your microwave. That can also be charged to your room. CLEAN sheets, forget about it. You can guarantee they will have stains all over them. If you enjoy over paying to stay in a place that is just awful, this is the motel for you.

STAY AWAY Avoid this property at all costs. Hilton should be ashamed to have their flag hanging here. My best friend and I were followed off of the elevator by a strange man. He tried making small talk with us by saying he had just gotten out of prison, he was there for 10 years. He then followed us down the hallway to our room until we firmly told him NO. He started calling our room number directly, meaning he knew exactly where we were. We later find out that management had allowed him to loiter around the property the entire day. (We were told this by an employee directly.) We had to call the police to be escorted to another room in the middle of the night. We felt extremely unsafe the entire time we were on this property. When I mentioned this issue to other staff members, I was astounded at the lack of sincerity and customer service. I was told directly by Chrishaun, the general manager of this monstrosity, that my safety was none of their concern. I was asked, “why is this my problem” by their director of sales, another member of management. The general manager previously mentioned did not speak to me about this issue until the morning of my departure. He was rude, unprofessional, and basically made fun of us and our situation. Not fit for management, or hospitality. The property itself is old and musty anyway. You aren’t missing anything, you will not be safe, and the staff is pitiful. Stay anywhere else __

Family reunion The hotel staff was sooooo accommodating! Ashanti Love is the best. Very family friendly especially when it comes to large crowds. The overall stay was great. The elevators didn’t handle all the heavy traffic, but besides that I highly recommend

You could not pay me to stay here again This hotel gets a Zero rating from my family and I. We recently stayed here at the Hilton Garden Inn, Savannah Mid-Town for 1 night. Our toilet over flowed at 1 am in the morning. The hotel didn't have a plunger so the night worker sent my son to neighboring hotels to find one. She was more concerned about her shoe being broken and was trying to fix it and I guess it was bring your dog to work night so she said she couldn't leave. She gave us towels to soak up the water, but that was it. We needed to get up in a couple hours to continue our road trip so we decided not to pack up all our things and everyone and move rooms at 3am. At check out, I asked to speak to the manager, Chris Dixon. I simply told him the situation and asked if we could be compensated somehow or not even pay for the room for the inconvenience. Well, he immediately got defensive and raised his voice and said, "No, you will not get anything, you refused to move rooms and because you chose not to, we will not offer anything and I already called the 3rd party company you booked with and denied a refund if you try to call them. I told him we laid the last of the towels on the floor to soak up since at that point we had only 2 more hours of sleep and a 12 hour drive that morning, but he refused with attitude. On another note, the tub was not in the best condition, if you wanted breakfast it was $13 and if you had more than 3 people in the room you would have to ask for more towels because there was only 3 and we had a 2 queen bedroom with 4 people. There was no luggage carts either. You could not even pay me to stay here again

Do Better Not sure where to start. No carts available at check in. and no effort was made to go find any. I am a disabled veteran. After getting our luggage to the room we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. Instead of the dining area where the table and chairs are, we were directed to the bar/lounge area to eat. This was on a Friday, and we were told that only certain items on the menu were available. Our room was reserved with the breakfast meal included, when we went to breakfast There were NO glasses. flat wear, or eggs. I pointed this out to the employee standing there in the dining area talking with the other employees and he told me that he works at the hotel counter. A female spoke up and asked if she could help, and when I asked if she was trying to help or worked there. she stated she was the Night Auditor, and she did help to get things brought out. There were not that many people present and several others spoke up with concerns also. an employee came with a bill for the breakfast meal. I challenged him and he informed me that it would be removed at check out. At check out the breakfast meal was on the bill and the employee stated he didn't know how to remove it. I requested he call the Manager that was on duty and was told he couldn't and that he didn't have a number to contact the Manager. I due to travelling had to leave but called back and requested to talk to the Manager of the Hotel, several times. I feel like I have been stone walled by employees because I can't talk to him, and he hasn't returned my call. I have been told that it's been corrected by hotel staff, and I requested that an Email receipt be sent. I have not received the email and my bank has no record of any corrections being made. So, I have already let the bank know this will be a dispute. I have no problems with the mistakes being made, it's the fact that they act like they don't care that bothers me.
