One of those places you return to Borgo Egnazia is probably one of the best choices for families with kids, but not only. Built 11 years ago, the old looking “borgo” has an authentic feeling, not only through the beautiful rustic design with so many inspired details, but also brought to life by the super professional and friendly local employees. A wide resort, with 2 different areas, for families and adults only, it’s so thoughtfully designed, it feels cosy and intimate. Their Saturday “Festa del Borgo” is something you shouldn’t miss, never seen such a lively authentic party in any hotel, where guests and live artists dance together The teens club is amazing, and I’ve seen a few… young staff that keeps kids between 7-12 busy all day, it’s like having 2 vacations in one, couple time all day and with kid in the early morning and evening. In the end, It's all about the people. An amazing experience. Borgo Egnazia has awesome luxury facilities that make all the experience unique, but in the end of the day it's all the staff treatment and services that makes it all feel like a "nowhere else" experience, as they say on their slogan. It's people like Maria Adele, from the front desk always helping us with any problem or question, Giuseppe from the Bar del Portico who was very attentitive and kind, Valerio who made us feel a little closer to home by helping us in portuguese, Michael the lifeguard from the La Fonte Beach and a lot of others I didn't catch the name, always treating us nicely and being extremely kind, like the people from the breakfest, l'Assassineria and the housekeepers. As I said, in the end of the day it's all about the people, and the Borgo Egnazia should be very proud and rewarding for their working team staff.

Wonderful Stay Absolutely perfect. Attention to guests wants and needs is phenomenal. Service is truly great. The staff is not only helpful and knowledgeable but very kind and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is wonderful. The actual hotel is beautiful and very relaxing. The decor is simple yet beautiful. We Love all of the beautiful pools and pool side service. The restaurant Du Camini is also amazing. Multiple times the hotel restaurants were able to make me something off menu that I would like more than what was offered as I do not love seafood and trying to avoid carbs( hard to do in Italy). Hotel staff noticed I loved the olive oil at dinner and delivered us 3 bottles to our hotel room as a surprise to take back home with us. When we checked into the hotel we were welcomed with a cold bottle of Rosè in our room along with a cake and some bread and jams. The beach club is also stunning with a wonderful place to eat outside. We truly could not find one flaw with the hotel, the service or the functionality of the hotel. Will absolutely be returning!

WOW WOW !! Stayed in a 3 bed pool villa. Amazing from check in, which was done in minutes at the villa followed by a quick villa tour, fresh snack and kitchen full of treats. It seems a huge property but, easy to navigate, 3 great pool choices and beach club. Ate at all locations and all great, tratoria and pizzaria great for the kids, lunch at the beach club a must!!!check out the fresh fish counter. Bed so comfy, house keeping amazing, room service if you need somthing arrives in minutes, the in villa morning breakfast fantastic and host is on watsapp for anything you need. Staff are amazing. Lastly if the town square dinner / carnival is available don’t miss out. You are paying for it and brace for the bill, but still amazing.

The service is fantastico! The staff at Borgo Egnazia is first class and beyond expectation. Take the opportunity to experience them yourself. Yes, the property and facility is exceptional, but the service is beyond and that is what will stay with you when you return home.
