Great view and close to everything Nice and clean hotel. It is not perfect, but what other people may complain about are not important to me. I think I got more than what I paid for.There is a great view of the park behind the hotel where we did our morning walk. It is also about 30 minutes walk to Costco and IKEA.

I know clean towels my entire stay ,they don’t have breakfast and the pool I had no clean towels I had to use the same towels from Friday until Sunday reported the problem and still not resolved .I talked to the Manager Evelyn told her she state she would call me back still haven’t got a call .Ny Auntiecalso had to use the same towels from Friday until Sunday .I never stayed at a Wyndham hotel with such poor service and Ibwill be contacting cooperate

Terrible Hotel We got put up at this hotel due by the airline due to flight issues. From the minute we entered the hotel, the lobby looked rundown and smelled very bad. During check in, there was 1 person at the front desk and long line of people. That employee called for someone else to help her with something on the computer and when finished, that other employee went in the back and did not stay out to help check in people. Eventually she did come back out and help. Once in our room, I was immediately disgusted by the large stains on the carpet/rug next to the beds. We pulled the bed sheets back and there were stains and hairs. If it hadn't started storming really bad and been close to midnight, I would have immediately left to go another hotel even though I would have had to pay for it. There was a sketchy looking apartment complex right next to the hotel, I never thought I wouldn't feel safe in Schaumburg but I didn't feel safe. We barely slept and just laid on top of the sheets because we were scared to get under the dirty covers.

NO POOL NO BREAKFAST I would like to start this review with, do not go to this hotel. 0 stars. When I checked in with my family, I was informed there was no pool or breakfast. Those were the 2 reasons I chose this hotel. I was informed they had a fitness room, business center, and coffee 24/7 upfront all things already on their website, nothing new. I informed them it was unacceptable, that telling me things that were already on the website did not fix things. I was given a phone number to switch the hotel to a partner hotel. I was told it would be easier for me to do. After 2-3 hours on the phone and a lot of tears I gave up. I had used a service on their website to pay for the hotel and had a loan I was to pay over 12 months. No one in their customer service knew about the loan pay as you go service and kept sending me to the next rep. I decided I finally gave up for the sake of my sanity. We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The carpet and mattresses were stained. There was never a turn down service or removal of garbage which we had a lot from each day making our lunches. When I tried to use the business office they had amped up I found the printer did not work. 2 times my husband tried to get towels. 1st he asked for towels and was given 1. I then told him to ask specifically for 3 towels. He was given 2 and told that was all they had. Maybe the 3rd night I had a medical episode. I get hemiplegic migraines where half my body doesnt work. My husband was having to help me to remain upright while walking (It looks like Im having a stroke). It was bad, and the hostess didn't move or ask if we needed help. She just stared at me. The last thing upon leaving my husband was checking under the bed for any of our things. He found a half eaten moldy tomato from some previous other guest.

Complain of Wyndham garden sachamburg I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel on July 10, 2024, during a corporate trip. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standards I expected and quite troubling in several respects. Firstly, I entrusted your laundry service with my pants and shirt. However, upon return, I only received my trousers. Despite informing the staff promptly about the missing shirt, they were unable to locate it. This negligence has caused me significant inconvenience. Moreover, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. My room was infested with spiders, creating an unpleasant and unsettling atmosphere. The washroom contained dirty towels, and the pillow had noticeable stains, which is highly unhygienic. Additionally, I found hair from a previous guest in the room, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. Given these issues, I request immediate action to address these shortcomings and compensation for the lost shirt and the distress caused by these unacceptable conditions.
