Needed one more sleeping spot This hotel sticks to the rules of no refunds. I tried to change hotels so I could get one with a roll away since I have teen kids that really don't share a bed. Check in was good and the breakfast was very pleasant.

If you're into trash DO NOT STAY HERE! Quick business trip to Chicago that left me tired and grossed out. Dirty bathrooms, pool closed and skunk smell throughout the entire hotel There was a 'slingshot' convention that was not referenced on the hotels website...... 2 nights of obnoxious nonstop music, packed parking lots and wannabe cars cruising around the hotel at all hours. Had it been publicized, definitely wouldn't have stayed. Don't waste your money!

Chocolate Chip Cookie does not a Doubletree Make A chocolate chip cookie does not make it a Doubetree. This was a very disappointing property, & I will never stay here again. My colleagues booked at the lovely, Hilton Garden Inn across the street, but it sold out. This property is tired with a dark lobby (Fox News always on TVs). Desk didn’t tell me at checkin housekeeping was by request only (& the famous chocolate chip cookies were cold); I stayed Mon-Fri & housekeeping came ONCE on Thursday after I asked for it, & I was shocked to find they ONLY replaced towels, but didn’t clean sink or make bed. Breakfast was a disappointment with lukewarm eggs; it ends at 9:00am, the lights dim and they come along crashing dishware rudely and loudly as guests are still dining. Milk was borderline sour. I boycotted this breakfast & bought instead at Hilton Garden Inn. No microwave in room. This property does NOT deserve to be part of the Hilton family; entire stay was very disappointing. I cautioned all my team never to stay here.

Terrible. I absolutely will never stay here again. It’s a terrible hotel. Absolutely out of date. The pool was down and I had a “me” night looking forward to swimming by myself with none of my family around and it was closed for maintenance. There was a red stain on the wall looks like blôöd. I did post a pic but I don’t know if it’s going to show. The tv is slow as all heck. It took forever for it to respond and they don’t have a guide to see what the options are. They don’t have room service even though the site said it does. No tea in the room however there is coffee for those who drink. The room is definitely lacking any current style. The elevators button has to be pressed 3 times on the 3rd floor. They were also running low on the great warm cookies everyone is accustomed to receiving while checking in. I got a vegan one. No hate to those and glad they can accommodate but come on. Not even the thing you are known for? The phone was so old it was funny. For a busy hotel you would think they would sink some funds into to actually accommodate ppl while traveling or having a person night out. I am pressing the guide button to bring up the channel options in the picture of the remote and the tv. Notice it says unavailable.

Very dirty. More like a motel Dirty place. Staff is horrible. The rooms have piles of built of dirt and dust on the floors. Bathrooms aren’t cleaned. Food was in the AC/heat unit. We had dirty towels. Banging on walls from staff after 5pm
