NOT a safe place Not great but it was cheap when i visited back in April. I couldnt book when i went back to ny for a weekend last month because its full of illegals whose rooms are being paid for by taxpayers. Its not safe to be there

WARNING: BEDBUGS WARNING: BEDBUGS! My husband and I made reservations to stay here for two nights June 23 and 24, 20223. The morning after the first night night at this hotel, I found that I had been bitten about 12 times by bedbugs. I have huge welts on both arms, my back and my neck, for which I have dated photographs. When I reported this at the front desk, the woman on duty offered to change our room. She said, "Not all our rooms have bedbugs." We pointed out that we were checking out early after paying for two days. She showed no interest in rectifying the situation. She did not offer a refund and she could not explain how we could file a complaint. When we asked for a form to file a complaint, she gave us a blank piece of paper to write on. A couple who were about to register were standing right behind us and asked to see my bedbug bites. I showed the man my arm and he confirmed that the bites were distinctively bedbug bites. This couple was horrified and immediately made plans to stay elsewhere I have had to quarantine all my possessions until I could put them through a dryer or rub them down with alcohol, to make sure that I have not transported any bedbug eggs to my home. We have suffered in four ways: 1) I have many large raised bites on my body. 2) We have paid for two nights, during one of which I was bitten and then we checked out of the second. 3. We had to spend hours sanitizing all of our possessions, and there is still the risk that we have missed something and will bring bedbugs to our home. 4. We had to leave the vacation event we were attending a day early because we had nowhere else to stay overnight. The conditions and service in this hotel are both unacceptable and unprofessional.

Unsafe Location Unsafe location. Very unaccommodating staff who treated guest noise levels during the night and safety concerns dismissively. Several items were not stocked in my room and I got little sleep during my single night stay. Someone tried to open my door twice late into the night.

Worst hotel ever This hotl is filthy, dirty, disgusting. The rooms don't look as if they have ever been cleaned. Stained bedding, Marijuana butts on the floor. Window didn't lock or have screen.

Thieves Don't stay here unless you want them to STEAL from you! I booked here for the last 2 1/2 weeks of my work contract at one of the local hospitals. Worst mistake ever! When I booked, they advertised a microwave and fridge in the room, along with elevators. No elevator and no microwave, except a community one in the breakfast nook. The on-site laundry facilities damaged my clothes. ZERO housekeeping for the entire stay. Only reason I got clean linens or towels is because I'd catch the cart outside. When I finally asked for my room to be serviced because it needed vacuuming, they gave me the vacuum to do myself. Maintenance was desperately needed, as the tub stopper would not work and the shower was the only thing that would turn on but the drain was so clogged it'd backflow dirty water. The shower rod was also falling off but the least of my concerns. Linens had burn holes in them despite it being a non-smoking room. The walls were dirty and had something splattered on them. Was told maintenence would be there that morning but never showed and no call either. The last week of my stay, housekeeping accessed the room without so much as a knock. When she saw me, she abruptly slammed the door. I was hoping that meant they would finally service the room but when I approached her in the hall, she said I was on the list to be checking out. Crazy since this was 2 hours before the 11 am checkout time. This happened 2 more times, both before 9 am. I went to the desk to ask why I was on the list to check out but paid up through the duration of my stay. No explanation was given so I asked for a copy of my receipts. I used my card to pay the deposits and was told it would be 3-5 business days for refund. No issue until the refund didn't come. I called to inquire and was told that they could see where the refund was held but no reason why. Advised to call back the next day but called the 3rd party vendor I booked through instead. They reached out to the hotel directly and was told it was being refunded. It's still not refunded and no explanation as to why. I'd assume it's because there isn't one, hence them STEALING from me. This is not a place you'd want to stay. I'll dispute via my bank since I have the refund notification in writing but highly suggest anyone looking for a place to stay to look elsewhere.
