Absolute dump! Hotel is very run down, stinks, smells like mold? damp stale small throughout room and building , dirty, bathrooms smell like old urine, rugs torn and filthy, furniture chipped and old, couches and chairs very stained and not ok to sit on due to filth and smell, dusty furniture, windows covered in plastic, in room safe broken/busted. Housekeeping staff are rude, front desk staff ok Shame on CHOICE PRIVILEDGES for having this hotel affiliated with their brokering of hotels. A complete disappointment and had to move hotels.

Disappointed This building is extremely tired and upon booking the rates changed tremendously. We booked a Fri night and it was 299. And Sat night was 269. It was close to Scottsdale Stadium and no one else had better rates. The room stunk like mold. The food offerings were plain terrible. Our door wouldn’t stay closed unless you slammed it forcefully. The convenience to the stadium and old town was great. The room had one desk chair and the nice king size bed left me with little room to walk by on way to restroom during the night. Not a good value, would not recommend

Horrible customer service The personnel at this hotel were the rudest I’ve ever experienced in 38 years of business travel. And I’ve stayed at Comfort hotels for years. I checked in around midnight. No biggie. I woke up late and realized breakfast was gonna be over if I didn’t get down there. I ran down the stairs because I had not eaten since breakfast the day before. I just needed something in my stomach before meds. As I entered the breakfast area I kept hearing that breakfast was over from the girl Behind the desk. I saw people in there. I looked at my watch and it was 9:05. So I told the front desk girl it was just 5 minutes after 9. She kept arguing with me about it being closed. Another lady walked in there in the mean time. Then the girl proceeded to tell me that I had a bad attitude and was stressing her! I told her it was 9:05. She said it wasnt. So I looked at my watch because I had come from a different time zone. She said it wasn’t 9:05, it was 9:08!!! Really??! She was under 30 and I’m 60. Me ? Have a bad attitude and stressing her? So I went back to my room to calm down. I came back down and the other lady was in there and was told she could get food but had to bring it out. I told her that was no problem by me, and why didn’t she tell me that instead of telling me that it was closed and I was stressing her. OMG!!! My flight wasn’t leaving until 8 pm so i left my luggage in their closet. I walked to old town for a couple hours then returned to get luggage and call Taxi. I needed to use the restroom (all hotels have restrooms around the corner near check in). I know that as I have traveled over 35!years. So when I asked another new person at the front desk where it was he said I couldn’t use it and needed to go to my room. I explained that I had checked out of my room and they still had my luggage so I really did stay there. He told me I couldn’t use theirs and to go down the street to the gas station. I know these 2 people both can’t be this rude. It is owner driven. Probably the Patel Hotel group. (Sorry, had to throw that in because no red blooded American that owned a business would allow their customers to be treated like this.) That guy at front also told me during the upcoming Super Bowl that these rooms will go for $1000.00/ nite. I wouldn’t stay there if you paid me a $1000 ! Horrible, rude people. I’m beginning to think all this area is rude and hateful.
