Saved my husband's 65th Birthday staycation I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel and the great manager Melissa Bietz and her fantastic staff!!! I had booked another Marriott hotel in June for my husband's 65th Birthday in August and upon arrival found it to be a disaster with no internet! I called over to Courtyard Scottsdale North at 6pm and they got me a wonderful room with a balcony overlooking the view that was spacious, clean and just beautiful with great internet!!! The location was perfect and we were able to literally go across the street for a wonderful Birthday Dinner at Maggiano's Italian Restaurant! Again, without Michelle and her staff, we would have no to drive home which was over 3 hours away!! This is my go-to hotel from now on!! Thank you Melissa!!

This Courtyard is so disappointing and just not clean - so DISAPPOINTED with this stay! I am a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member and have to say this is the absolute worse Courtyard I ever stayed in. The room was not clean, the room windows were so dirty I could not see out, and the pool and hot tub were really bad. This Courtyard needs a definite cleaning from top to bottom. I would not stay at this Courtyard again. I would have given a lower rating but I did not find any bed bugs in the room so rated this Courtyard a 2!

Clean, roomy, accommodating staff We came for the Renner Academy. Our ground floor room was spacious and with almost everything you’d want (a microwave would have been nice). Lots of parking, but it’s $7/day. Pool/hot tub kept very clean, tested daily. Towels/sheets changed once a week. Internet free and available everywhere. Walking distance to FedEx, CVS, Black Bear Diner, and several other restaurants. All king bed rooms have disabled-accommodating large showers, so if you’d rather have a tub, get a room with 2 queen beds. Grounds immaculate. Starbucks and bar inside.

DISAPPOINTING! Very disappointed with this Marriott property! MELISSA at the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE and not helpful at all. We flew 5 hours to get to AZ and she made us feel like we were bothering her from the minute we arrived, not welcoming and had the worst attitude while checking us in. I'm not sure why she would be in the hospitality industry with that kind of mindset. Additionally, we requested a room with a king size bed and even though it was requested prior to our arrival, we were given a room with two queen size beds. The property was dirty, and it looked rundown. We did not feel safe in the elevator, it was making all kinds of noises. We will not be returning to this property, specially with the Front Desk Staff (MELISSA) being so rude. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Great Stay I stayed here one night and just the reason I stick with Marriott wherever on the world I am. After a long day of traveling this is what I know I can count on - Dependable service, comfortable bedding, and clean room. The Bistro was not open but a couple of good restaurants within easy walking distance. Another great stay with Marriott
