Marta!!!! And Tom!!!! Marta and Tom made this trip outstanding. Marta, your help with finding me a room was incredible. She went above and beyond to help me with finding a comfortable bed and quiet room. I spent days on the road driving, and I am doing a long term stay at this hotel (around 10 days). Marta was attentive, caring, considerate, polite, and took so much time to make sure that I was as comfortable and happy as possible. Tom checked me in on the first evening, and was so amazing with creating my booking and helping me check in, and getting me set up with my parking for the time that I am there. Marta and Tom- you both are amazing, and Marta, thank you so much again for dealing with my crazy "sensory" issues. I'm a noise freak, and need it to be really quiet to sleep, and she set me up and spent so much time on me. Thank you again, honestly, Marriott is lucky to have you, and they should know it.

Nice Hotel, Everything was as expected I stayed at the Courtyard Scottsdale Old Town for 2 nights. Everything was clean and as expected. Parking was plentiful and there was a covered option which is a necessity in PHX during the summer. While I didn't use the Pool or Work Out room both were nice and well kept. Staff was friendly. No issue...

Comfortable/solid hotel option, in a great location I stayed here a week. Here's my two cents: Pros: -good location, easy walk into old town, also a few minutes away from groceries and multiple food places like Chipotle -rooms were big -very well cleaned, I like that that TV remote was wrapped up -great TV -refrigerator and will provide a microwave if you ask -staff is very helpful -they are providing full housekeeping if you want it (I took it 2 days which was fine) -excellent management, Christine. I was working and so needed stable internet and the week I was there they were moving to a new system. she was responsive and helpful. Cons: -loud A/C. fortunately you can open a window too and I did on a few days that weren't as hot -older property, like other courtyards, has a more "utliitarian" bathroom, etc. For the price it was a great value, as everything else was considerably more expensive. I would stay there again if I needed to be in scottsdale.

Just so so The room was pretty clean. We stayed in a "Pure" room which has an air filter for those with allergies, which was good since this is a pet friendly hotel and we saw many animals there. The pool is fair as is the gym, but you have to wear a mask to work out, so it's really uncomfortable, but smokers can sit in front of the hotel and smoke away while you walk in.

Dishonest I I booked this place through a 3rd party (Expedia, hotels, Travelocity, Priceline) and at first everything was fine. When I went to check out they charged me $12 for parking. I inquired and was told it clearly states this charge on their web site. I showed them where I booked it and how it showed free parking there. Their reply was that they don’t care what the other sites say and would not remove the charge. These hotels have signed contracts with the other sites and they approve all of the listings. If they decide to change things they need to change things they need to let the public know. Not to do so is dishonest. Their attitude shows they can not be trusted.
