Fantastic start of our trip We had 7 hotel rooms over the course of 1 to 3 nights before a cruise. Every member of our party of 14 had excellent things to say about the Pan Pacific Hotel. From the way we were greeted upon arrival. Some of us didn't get in till 2 am to the way they handled our checkout at a very busy time of day with lots of people requesting early check ins etc from the cruise ships. They drove my sister to the laundromat, dropped my Mom, another sister and I off at the space needle, when others in our party were walking and we were going to take an uber. They went above and beyond every step of the way. Our breakfast was delicious in the morning and they graciously accommodated us as we went from a table of 2 to up to 10 at times. We loved being able to walk around and get to Whole Foods. They assisted my brother in law with securing parking for an oversized vehicle while we were on a cruise. 100% will be recommending Pan Pacific Hotel in Seattle to my clients.

Review your invoice before you leave. They charge you tips which you don't approve This hotel was OK until I checked out. I had to check out at 3 am and I found extra charges on my invoice as tips which I didn't approve. I spoke to them and they said there is nothing we can do. I asked to see the invoices but they told me the kitchen/bar is closed and we will get back to you. No one contacted me and I was charged those tips which I didn't approve. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Yes and No I want to love this hotel. I keep staying here, so I guess its not all bad. Cons first - * Old/Dated. There were holes in my pillow cases. Wall paper coming off. I like the warm colors but this place certainly isn't modern. * No sheets on my bed as I crawled in at 11pm. * My ice bucket had Sh*t in it. I didnt notice till about 5 sips into my drink. GROSS! (Mind you I have stayed here about 6 times and something always is off somehow) Pros - * Bathtub Heaven.. Seriously the main reason I keep coming back. * Location Location Location * Parking a car can be expensive, but you can scooter around anywhere from there. * Friendly staff. * Door lock safety for those women traveling alone. They have an extra lock only accessible from the inside. So even a room key holder on the outside cannot get in. No doorknob tricks and hacks here for the weary traveler.

Thieves Robbed Us We were robbed at this hotel and the staff and owners did absolutely nothing. While we stepped out for lunch, two former hotel employees ransacked our room and took all of our valuables. The hotel did not call the police. We did, because there was only one person behind the desk and she said she was "busy checking people in". There was no manager willing to come in or call us for help on a Sunday night. We were charged for the stay even though we were told we would not be charged. And then, to make matters worse (if that's possible), the hotel told the police that they "forgot" to deactivate the former employee passkey. The hotel admitted they had video of the thieves, but the hotel refused to give it to the detective. They would provide the name of the employees who still held the passkey. Somehow, the thieves got through two hotel security checkpoints in the parking garage and lobby. And then left the same way with our belongings and no one stopped them. Inside job?? Even the security guard who came on duty that night told us that there was no security detail during the day for the entire building. When the police tried to investigate, the hotel management refused to cooperate and told the police to get a court order. We battled identity theft for months and we are still afraid to stay in any hotel. It has been months and we never received an apology from anyone at the hotel. Only their insurance company seemed slightly sympathetic and we had to threaten to file a lawsuit for the claim to be settled, which took a year. Criminals run this hotel.

Pan pacific - does not meet the standard I do not recommend the Pan Pacific. This one is comparable to a Hampton inn . I had five maintenance issues report upon check-in, to include loose sink fixtures, broken, safe, track pieces that had fallen onto the floor, and broken plugs. There has been no renovation to bring the rooms up to, modern standards, include a wolf lack of plug-ins near the bed. This staff did not offer any compensation or room Changes because I suspect the whole hotel is outdated and in need of serious maintenance. For the price, you have many other options in seattle with much better quality, service, and maintenance.
