Super Location but that's about it We were sadly disappointed with our recent stay. While Covid has disrupted elements of service such as housekeeping, which we completely understand, it was the hardware. The hotel appears "tired". The room was nice, the pillows were too flimsy, the air conditioner kicked on and off every few minutes with a bang...would run for like 30 secs and go off only to kick back on. Same happened in our friend's room. As housekeeping was an option, we did request extra coffee pods from the front desk and was met with an "attitude". Because of the "bar", when we arrived to park for the night, the lot was full and had to park in a city parking garage.

Solid stay in downtown Seattle The W is a good hotel in a central location in downtown Seattle. Room was fairly large, with a comfortable king view, good bathroom amenities, strong wi-fi connection, and a partial water view. Interaction with staff was limited due to Covid protocols. Did have one less than ideal experience downstairs in the bar during our last night. My girlfriend and I were talking to a couple of women sitting near us and I eventually asked the waiter to allow me to buy the next round of drinks for our neighbors. Turned out that the bar manager told the ladies that he bought their drinks for them, but they still charged me for 1 of them. Pretty crazy. The manager initially tried to pretend that he told the ladies I bought the drinks even though we overheard the entire conversation where he lied to them about it. My girlfriend and I left and went to our room in order to avoid a scene, but the experience left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. The stay was otherwise a good one.

Sleepy in Seattle What an awesome stay at the W. Ask for Patrick when checking in. He got us into our room in the blink of an eye so we could start enjoying all of what Seattle has to offer. Patrick truly understands the meaning of taking pride in what you do. I only wish we could have stayed in Seattle longer. No doubt we’ll be back and we’ll be staying at the W again. Quick in and off the freeway and walking distance to Pike Place Market…really couldn’t ask for a better location. Thank you Patrick!!!!

Great Place Stayed Sunday through Wednesday. Great location, walking distance to all, 10 minutes to ferries, 10 minutes to Pike Place. Don’t forget the hills! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

W seattle Good stay as always, Bryan at the front desk was super helpful. He got me checked in when i arrived slightly early, when i got in the room and the requested payment for wifi when it is free every time i stay at the W, he helped me resolve that as well
