Pre cruise stay Nice old style hotel. Nice big cornet room 715 looking out towards Space Needle. Bed comfortable. Check very easy nice receptionist sulky couldn't say the same for the checkout receptionist. Sulky man who didn't even enquire how our stay was. Breakfast was very good with nice waiting staff.

Unexpected View of the Space Needle My husband and I stayed at Warwick Seattle for one brief night while we were waiting for a rental condo. The front desk staff were very nice and we stowed our bags there after our checkout while we toured the city. The room was clean except for one of the pillows which had what looked like a quarter size spaghetti sauce stain on it. I really wasn't sure if it was a stain or an unclean pillow case. We had a nice and unexpected view of the Space Needle from our room, and you could see the waterfront to the left. There were several places around the hotel to eat, but because our flight came in late and most closed at 9 p.m., our options were a little more limited. We walked a block to The Victor Tavern and enjoyed a nice burger.

Great stay My favourite hotel of the route network of my company! Jess P, Giselle and Cisco are amazing at their job and I'm looking forward to seeing them every time I stay here. The rooms are clean and quiet and the location is exceptional. Also one of the very few hotels out there with a balcony.

Not a 4 star! I saw many reviews with complaints about the condition of this 4 star hotel, but convinced myself all would be great by booking one of the renovated rooms because I liked the location. First, let me say that the front desk staff (especially the day shift) were happy, and friendly. Second, let me say it was a good location to many of the Seattle highlights. Before knowing what to expect, I felt the need to tell the housekeepers that we kept our do no disturb sign on the door because my daughter is a germaphobe and didn’t want anyone in our room. (She gave a thorough cleansing as soon as we got in the room the first evening.) Unfortunately, finding a couple of black hairs on her pillow when we checked in didn’t help the germ freak in her…. As for 4 star luxury, it wasn’t there. The towels were definitely not plush but rather stiff and rough. No toiletries were supplied other than the prefilled shampoo/conditioner bottle and a shower gel bottle attached in the shower. I called housekeeping for a shower cap and some lotion. I was told they would try to find some, which they did and sent it up right away. The a/c system was incredibly noisy. There was a constant loud drip all night and day. The fan ran with clattered noises. All of this is due to older a/c units. Definitely not included in the “renovation”. See the attached photos of our newly “renovated” bathroom with poor workmanship, chipped shower edging and open caulking. This is not a 4 star hotel and definitely no more than a 3 star experience. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and realize that was a mistake. Again, though, the front desk staff were excellent. If you are looking for a decent, but still in need of upkeep, 3 star, then you will be happy here.
