Great location and even better staff! Amazing staff in the hotel as always! Spent 3 nights on a short stay to visit the touristy sights of Grey's Anatomy and Station 19. The hotel's location is superb, offers on-site parking and is only a short walk from the important sights.

Great location, not a great stay This hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to all the different parts of town we wanted to see within 10-25 minutes. Unfortunately, we experienced some issues with the hotel. Room cleaning was hit or miss. One day they didn’t come at all. Sometimes they took towels and didn’t replace hand towels or wash cloths. The restaurant was clearly understaffed and it appeared the bartender was also the hostess, server, and answering the phone for take out orders. They got my food order wrong and I was not even able to eat it. The shower head is very low, so if you are taller than 5’6” it might be an issue. Also, our bathroom smelled of sewer several times. The air conditioner was so loud when it kicked on that it kept waking us up throughout the night. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, causing back pain for both me and my daughter. To be fair, I did not register complaints about this to the hotel (except for the noisy air conditioner) so they did not have the opportunity to make amends during our stay. I would not return and stay there again and I would not recommend it to friends and family.

Pre cruise stay Nice old style hotel. Nice big cornet room 715 looking out towards Space Needle. Bed comfortable. Check very easy nice receptionist sulky couldn't say the same for the checkout receptionist. Sulky man who didn't even enquire how our stay was. Breakfast was very good with nice waiting staff.

Unexpected View of the Space Needle My husband and I stayed at Warwick Seattle for one brief night while we were waiting for a rental condo. The front desk staff were very nice and we stowed our bags there after our checkout while we toured the city. The room was clean except for one of the pillows which had what looked like a quarter size spaghetti sauce stain on it. I really wasn't sure if it was a stain or an unclean pillow case. We had a nice and unexpected view of the Space Needle from our room, and you could see the waterfront to the left. There were several places around the hotel to eat, but because our flight came in late and most closed at 9 p.m., our options were a little more limited. We walked a block to The Victor Tavern and enjoyed a nice burger.
