Can't wait to visit The Resort soon!!!! Great value!! The rooms are spacious and functional, includes full cooking stove, refrigerator and washer/dryer. The activities keep the kiddos going, from build a buddy, roasting marshmellows, sliding down the slides or swimming in the many pools to a quiet bedtime story or movie. You can make a stay without leaving the grounds. Many great restaurants within walking distance and mostly out of the traffic. Great place to rest and relax.

Great family place This is my second time visiting and I enjoyed both times. The kids enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor water park. The location is conveniently located near Walmart, the shopping outlet and several great places to eat. My only complaint is that I didn’t book a longer stay.

Great The beds were very comfortable, and rooms were clean, staff is very helpful and polite. Me and my wife loved it!!! I would recommend this resort to everyone visiting pegion forge,TN Very good resort for the children, and adults. We are definitely going back.

Family fun in Seiverville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg What a fabulous place to spend your vacation. Just off the Parkway. So, you don't have a lot of traffic all night. But less than a half mile from he Parkway to go to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Staff was great. They were very quick if you need something. One issue we had. We checked in a Sunday. Left on Saturday. The water slides were part of why we went there. The slides are only open on Saturday and Sunday, And the day we checked in (Sunday) they were closed. I'm told due to short help. I would still give it a 5 star. There is indoor and outdoor pools, Fire pits, mini golf and more. We would stay there again.

Spacious and clean suite. We spend the weekend here with our family of 5, and even when it was raining sometimes we had a wonderful time. We had the king size, bunk beds and sofa bed suite and we were all comfortable. The kids enjoyed the outdoor and indoor waterparks and what I enjoyed the most was the hot tubs. The place is very clean, the kitchen has utensils, pots and pans, plates, cups , toaster oven and Keurig coffeemaker. You need to bring your own dish soap and detergent or can buy it at the reception. There is a very convenient Walmart across the street.
