Misbehaving Never stay here the manager behaviour is not good Also misbehaves with housekeeping.she doesn't deserve a manager. Every day there are many complaints about wifi not working properly but they don't respond properly and don't even give room list properly to housekeeping. I would tell everyone to check everything before taking a room and only then take the room.The front desk staff is very bad. They torture the housekeeping staff a lot, I have seen it many times and I thought I should make a video and post it on social media then those people and the owner will get to know.____

NOT worth the drama & headache Stayed at this location 3 yrs prior & rated it a low 3. Since then it has dropped to a -10. Would've demanded refund & left but all accommodations w/in 20 mile radius were sold out. After 5 return trips to the front desk I finally received an 'it will do room'. First room had NO beds. Second room NO working AC. Third room I gained entrance to inspect & then key pass quit working, even Staff wasn't able to gain access. Fourth n final room was somewhat better yet still subpar - ripped dirty carpet, bathroom coated in years of filth, no batteries in TV remote, returned after an evening out to find roaches and next door room full of loud/rowdy occupants who were quite well lit up. Interacted with 3 staff members that didn't seem to care, as apparently this was nothing new to them. Bypass & don't look back!

best for the price I have stayed in Shenandoah several times in several different motels, this one is so far the best value, it has nice amenities, furnishing and things are used and slightly worn, but so many of them and they are still nice. I will stay here from now on every time I have to stay in Shannondoah

Roaches There were multiple roaches in the room. No tub stopper and no coffee for the in-room coffee maker. The carpets were dingy. The outward appearance was needing power washing and the facility needs landscaping and renovating of the parking lot. I normally stay at a cheap Motel but this is the worst one I have stayed at recently.

Absolutely disgusting. If you like other people's pajamas, food on the walls and roaches as cuddle buddies this is the right place. Staff was not at all concerned with the cleanliness of the property. Want the advertised breakfast? Not here.
