Filthy The worst Super 8 we've ever stayed in. It was filthy, smelly, very little breakfast, and serves as a flop house. One resident in particular with his ankle monitor followed my wife from the lobby making lewd sounds directed at her. Can't believe Super * continues to hang it's logo here.

Disgusting hotel Hotel was filthy, no hot water and smelled terrible. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in years. Hand rails were gross and sticky. No remote for the TV and the WiFi was bad. Worst Super 8 by Wyndham I have ever stayed at!!

Unsafe hotel Booked the room at super 8 I. Sherman TX via booking.com. Pd for room at the hotel. The room was unsafe. I found black mold, wiring hanging from ceiling, no smoke alarm, light fixtures broken, outlets not properly covered. When leaving, Super 8 said owner decision to refund my money. And he isn’t available. Reported issue to booking.com and Wyndham. Both denied accountablity. Super 8 would not answer either email or phone calls, despite multiple attempts. Reported the issues to city enforcement. Have not received a refund.

Dissapointed I consider myself to be a fairly good tenant and a respectable person. I was told by this establishment that I would receive a refund on a stay that did not occur. The full cost of the booking was for 338.00. My party did get kicked out of the facility and did not sleep one night in the hotel. This hotel took every penny of the reservation because according to them "it was a third party reservation". I could not get the truth from the company until I contacted the third party and had all parties on the phone. This is my very first negative review of a hotel and I hope it is my last. Never will I book with this hotel. I would had appreciated them telling me on Sunday of this week instead of waiting till Thursday of this week and after the money had cleared my account that I was not going to get a refund. Please be warned and do not believe what they tell you.

Okay but not great As an adult I could deal with it if I had small children absolutely no way would I be comfortable with them being on that carpet. And not sure why I have to have a certain length on the review but hopefully this will take care of it
