Outstanding Staff and Service! While my stay at this Quality Inn was not for vacation but rather to help care for my brother at a local nursing home during a very stressful time, the pleasant and incredibly helpful staff truly made my 3-week stay comfortable and memorable. What stood out most was the genuine friendliness and willingness of every staff member to go above and beyond. Sanjay at the front desk was was very kind and always asked if there was anything I needed. He also was extremely helpful, assisting me in shipping a very large 4x5 foot package - handling it with care and efficiency. A gentleman from the maintenance/service department offered to dig through the dumpster to search for my keys when I thought I had accidentally thrown them out - proving exceptional service. Fortunately I found them before he had to follow through, but his kind offer alone was appreciated. The cheerful and supportive attitudes displayed by all staff, from housekeeping to maintenance to breakfast prep and staff to the front desk, made an otherwise difficult situation much brighter. I'm grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend this Quality Inn to anyone seeking staff that truly goes the extra mile.

Five Star service at a Quality Inn We needed a hotel to stay the night before a cruise leaving out of Long Beach. In the past we stayed at a name hotel near the port but had experienced issues with that hotel’s overcrowded cruise port shuttle. I am a Choice Hotels member so I looked for a Choice hotel in Long Beach and found this Quality Inn. I’d read some previous reviews and found many praises for Sanjay at the front desk. Those reviews did not lie. Sanjay could teach a course in the hospitality industry. He welcomed us, and noticed my wife had mobility issues and was using a Walker. This hotel has no elevator. Sanjay searched for a first floor room for us. He promised if they had one available, it was ours. Even though we arrived before checkin time, he allowed us to have the room. Throughout our stay he checked to see how we were doing and made an effort to be sure my wife was able to get around easily. Yes, the property is old and closer to the airport than the cruise port. But, the room was beautiful for its age, the wifi was excellent. The breakfast met our needs with eggs and cereal. Everything in the room worked. The TV selection was fine. Above all, the staff and service was excellent! Everybody on the staff treated us as a welcome guest. This was 5 star service at a Quality Inn. Also, the cruise shuttle worked out perfectly. I would recommend this hotel to all Long Beach cruisers.

Old hotel This is an older hotel. We paid in advance for an accessible room. When we arrived we were told they only had rooms on second floor, no elevator. I told the desk you better have one, I was confirmed and paid. So we had to wait for 25 minutes for them to clean a room. The air conditioner is very old , with no markings on the control. We will not be staying here again. I was here to visit my sister who was recuperating from surgery. The room was clean and they made bed and left towels everyday.

A Stay to Care for my Brother I was there to take care of my brother who is trying to make a transition to Heaven, our glory I was tired scared and alone it has been a while since I was at a hotel or in the presence of people I did not know. Mr. Sanjay one of the on ground hotel managers ask me was my visit for vacation or family, I told him I was in Ling Beach for my brother Who is critically ill. Mr. Sanjay Encourage me and spoke to me in a way that my heart understood that I was in a safe place your hotel Quality Inn Long Beach I am grateful for the way he he greeted me and put me at ease staying at a hotel that I have never been in before I will be visiting again in June 2024 It is quite unique to come across a person doing their job to assure me that your hotel was safe. Medical stay Loved the value and quality. Also, the friendly staff. Sanjay was the best. Location was key. The proximity to Long Beach Memorial was so convenient. Great eateries and shopping near by. Signal Hill look out and walking path were a great way to relax.
