The most exclusive place in Siofok The place was simply outsanding. Way over our expectatives. Aladín arranged everything for us and It was simply amazing. The place is extremely clean and tide. The rooms are amazingly decorated. So far the best room where I had slept. The Spa was awesome. Cannot avoid to say how great It was and how good was our stay was. Thanks for everything. I'd surely come back.

Not Boutique, not luxury We have booked two nights at this hotel. There is nothing boutique and nothing luxury about this hotel, besides the price tag.
As you enter the room, you do not get the feeling, you have entered a nice freshly cleaned room. Rather a dark, dirty one, where you do not want to touch anything.
The bathroom is small and not practical. Not a single cabinet or shelf to put your toiletries bag. The sink is small and the tap is high, so if you are washing your face, all the water runs on the floor.
Amenities are non existent. The room is old, run down and not cleaned well. Spiderweb hanging off the chandelier. The design is all, but appealing. As if somebody has picked up some stuff from a thrift store. Not recommend the family room for families with small children, as the stairs to the gallery are steep and dangerous.
There are no toiletries in the room, not even a single packed bar of soap. Two dispensers fixed on the wall filled with some soap. No shampoo, no conditioner, no body lotion.
We have pre-booked and prepaid the parking. Still at the arrival we could not even stop in front anywhere near the hotel, as it was full. I have got out of the car and ran to the reception. The not friendly receptionist told me first, that we can only park, once we have checked in. Only when I have insisted, that there is nowhere to stop anywhere near, she has opened the gate with an attitude.
The double bed is small and the mattress is uncomfortable.
The room is not sound-proofed, so you will hear your neighbors very well, as well will have the feeling, the cars are driving right through your room.
There is a minibar in the room, but no water cattle/coffee maker.
The safe is still working with a real key, which of course needs to be request at the reception.
Their official check out time is noon. However they will tell you at check in, it is 11:00am. So if you have not read their web, they will try to get you out an hour early.

Reasonable Hotel with Great location Clean and safe hotel with a nice enough breakfast. Perfect location for the promenade and lake balaton. Check in was efficient with nice receptionist. Room was spacious and had a mezzanine. Pretty basic accommodation with dated Egyptian theme. Free parking directly outside though minimal spaces so not guaranteed though also spaces round the back though not genuine spaces more leave your car at your own risk. You can pay to use Hotel accommodation. We never used the pool or spa but seemed nice. Reasonable value for money with location being the main selling point.

Not a four-star hotel! Unique style BUT tiny and dirty rooms and bathrooms, First we liked the uique style rooms but the hotel does not deserve a four-star qualification. Cleanness is poor, tiny and dirty bathrooms, you can barely fit into the shower cabin. Breakfast is poor, staff is impolit. Very-very loud: one side railway station, the other side main road with cars even at night. Advantage: in the centre of Siófok

Simply amazing Amazing staying at the Janus Boutique Hotel. I strongly recommend it. The style of rooms is very particular and you can choose among several intriguing options from pure modern style to mixed ones and amazing decorations.
The service is excellent as also the SPA with large jacuzzi pool, indoor pool, infrared and Finnish sauna, steam room and the option for different kind of massages.
Very good location, literally less than 10 minutes walking from the Petöfi stny , lovely street full of restaurants and shops, and from the Nagystrand.
Definitively a great experience that will need to be repeated soon.
