Superior Service I have to applaud the amazing customer service I received from Audriana (front desk clerk) and Frank (manager), when an unexpected issue arose. They both went above and beyond to help me solve an issue (unrelated to the hotel) when they really didn't have to. I can't say enough about their excellent customer service! Hotel is older, a bit dated, but clean with remodeled bathroom. Breakfast consists of cereal, fruit, toast/bagel, juice.

Bring your Mucklucks! Stayed here during the worst Winter I have ever experienced (Think Antarctica!). Yep, that is -47 degrees! The room was ready and was perfectly fine. The temperature of the room was a different story. The window (s) were not sealed and there was so much cold air coming in that the heater could not keep up. I had a twin Queen so I used those covers too. The front staff was very helpful. They offered me a space heater and had that cranked all the way up too. The next day they moved me to another room and that was SO much better. They are remodeling so construction materials all around, but I expect it will look great when finished. I WOULD definitely stay there again-just not there, or anywhere in a SD winter. BRR, just thinking about it.

Front desk kicking sleeping kids out When i booked the room the front desk lady was nice and helpful. When the night shift came on she called me and was very rude and already entered my room and was upset cause there was two dogs which we stated whenbooking into hotel. And i showed the paperwork for on that he is service dog and paid the fee. We never signed a paper when filling booking in. But she had no reason to be rude about their mistake of not charging. I was booked into room 153 and at 10pm at night the front desk lady saw me walking to smoke outside she walked right past me. At this time she decided to knock on my door and walk in saying room check to my four minor children. And she removed them all from the room saying we were kicked out for the smell of weed. Which there was no smell of weed and the kids were all sleeping. How do u remove children from a room knowing they did nothing wrong and there was no weed in room what so ever. This was a joke removing minor children when I went outside to smoke and have police remove us with complete lies. This was wrong especially entering my room twice and treating us with disrespectfulness. There was dogs barking in hall and the hotel pool was closed when we rented it for the pool options ..looked like blood drips on bed...very terrible experience all together

Worst Hotel Ever. This is literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. A few years ago this place was nice...clean...It's now disgusting. Management is terrible. There's no staff...We were locked out of the hotel after hours and no one told myself that our keys would not work. Thank god someone passed in the hallway and let us in. That being said, they cared so much about security over night that they had a large group of people sneak into the hotel the next morning that weren't even staying there...my students were scared to leave their rooms as there were strange men in the hallway waiting around the corner...I was told that only management had access to the camera's so no one could check to make sure it was safe in the halls...It was an absolute nightmare. DO NOT STAY HERE!
