Disappointed The hotel is lovely and we are having a great time with the lady’s from our group. The service is very poor especially in the dining room there are lots of staff but no manager to be found. We are having our Christmas dinner and I have asked 3 times for cranberry sauce to go with our turkey and ham dinner another lady at our table asked for more gravy and that didn’t arrive either. Surely to god the cranberry sauce could have been on the table before dinner was served. I’ve left my dinner it’s not very nice. I honestly don’t think I would come back here it’s a bit chaotic.It was a pity we didn’t have a safe in our rooms either. Definitely management should be on the floor to look after the guests we couldn’t get a smile from anyone of the waters. Bibi Kearns

Amazing We loved our stay in Sligo! Would definitely recommend. It’s great that you can park your car and everything you need is within walking distance. Lots of sightseeing and thoroughly enjoyed the pubs and nightlife. Weather was fantastic for exploring this beautiful place.

Give it a miss 4 star hotel 1 star toilet paper. Too many small steps to different floor levels!! Hiccup at reception Room had no heating 9 degrees outside. Asked for items in room to be replenished, just hoovered left used mugs unwashed Staff unpleasant, especially after a few days you'd think they remember guests. No to both Waited 5 minutes for chef to restock hot breakfast trays. No assistance on small item of luggage just use stairs Overall very disappointing Would not stay again.

Slightly Southern This hotel was a short walk to town. There is no ramp at the front of the hotel for your suitcases which I found strange. We were on a tour so plenty of men to carry them up but if you were on your own it would be a bit daunting. Room was big enough and bathroom quite big. No power points near the bed so I rang reception to get and extension cord, which wasn't a problem.

Lovely hotel stay We stayed with a group of friends Hotel is spotless clean, all our rooms were very spacious and beds were very comfortable. From making our reservations till the end of our stay , everything was handled efficiently.. Thank you very much Kevin , catherine , katie and also Aimee for looking after us. We had a lovely time and great service from all the staff. Really recommend this hotel , great hospitality . Will definitely come back again to visit. Nima , Mal & Friends
