Gone subpar from the past experience here Have stayed here in the past with no issues. This stay indicated to us that the hotel has gone downhill. The halls were not air conditioned and it was in the 90s. Not sure if this was the problem or a more serious problem but there was a musty smell entering the room that dissipated the further into the room we got. The room was very poorly lit. The breakfast was abysmal. The coffee in both urns was cold. There was no cereal that was not sugar coated. There was only gooey white bread offerings. There was an eggy looking omelet thing but did not try it. We will return to this hotel as it is the only option for our needs but will not be looking forward to it.

Not what it used to be... When pulling into the parking lot we were met with the trash in the parking lot. The 2 pictures were just on both sides of the car, did not have time to take more. Our room had no shampoo when showering, the tv would not work and there was 1 facial tissue in the box. Trying to get help from the front desk was difficult, they were too interested in their phones. When I asked one woman for shampoo and possibly new batteries for the tv remote she answered in a very loud voice "Do you really think I know where batteries and shampoo are?". The man getting a coffee just a few feet away told me "Customer service isn't what it used to be." She did find 1 sample shampoo. There was hair on the sample. Yuck. I found a cleaning lady later who helped us out with all 3 problems. Breakfast is not what it use to be with fruit and yogurt now missing but it was ok. Breakfast attendant was friendly and working hard. With everything I think we will look for a different hotel next November in RI.

I Have to stay here for work. This place has gone down hill very quick. Management does not care. I asked to speak to and I had called the GM many time with no luck. no one returns your call. Friend desk woman is clueless. Breakfast was awful. Just a run down property. I could do on and on..........

Completely unaccommodating I booked a stay for a wedding a few months out, unfortunately the wedding venue had a large fire and venues had to change. I attempted to transfer my booking from one Hampton Inn to another closer to the new venue. I was told by Delta customer service (I booked it through them on my Skymiles card) that a supervisor with Hilton explained I needed to cancel my reservation and to call the hotel directly to rebook, that they were unable to change locations. I verified I would not be charged a cancellation fee because I was only trying to move hotel locations to be closer to the new wedding venue. When I spoke with Hilton I was told my reservation had already been cancelled by customer service and that I was charged a late cancellation fee. This was over a month before the scheduled night so I don’t know where they got the “late” cancellation fee from. I went back and forth with customer service and finally was told I had to speak to the GM of the hotel directly. I reached out to them and never heard back about waiving the cancellation fee so that I could book at the other Hampton location. I ended up staying at a La Quinta and will never be doing business with any Hilton hotels ever again after this incredibly frustrating situation. What would they have done if it was a hurricane or other natural disaster? Nobody could have predicted that the wedding venue would have a massive fire and have to change locations with only 3 months before the wedding. Completely disappointing customer service and now I’m out $200+ for a hotel I didn’t even stay at.

Don't even bother, they just want their money, and will step over paying customers to get it. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Tried to cancel my 2 night stay (booked using Booking.com), and not only was the person answering the phones incredibly rude and unhelpful (even though I booked with Booking.com they still suggest asking the property what can be done about it), but when they decided to charge my card the full amount after I had cancelled, the property refused to refund me the night I did not stay, and when Booking.com called them directly, they still refused. Why even associate with Booking.com if you won't honor their policies including refunds and cancellations? I will never be booking a stay here and NEITHER SHOULD YOU. (I'll also never be using Booking.com again thanks to this experience)
