Nice convenient stop for the night. Convenient location, clean and quiet. We just needed a room for the evening while on a road trip. This worked great. We didn't use any of the amenities but the hotel was very clean and up to date. There was a Starbucks right down the street for early morning coffee as we got back on the road.

Not up to par... Stayed at this hotel for one night on an October weekend. We did not find this property to be worth the amount charged for our stay. Upon arrival, went to the front desk to check in. The young lady at the counter was on her cell phone and had to end her call in order to check us in. In her haste to get us dealt with and back to her caller, she did not bother to share with us any of the usual information given to arrivals... breakfast hours, elevator location, WIFI information, and so on. She also ignored the fact that we are HH members and never offered the welcome bag for HH members, She simply handed us the room key with a 'There you go.' We found the room to be average, but not outstanding. We could not regulate the air conditioning with the wall thermostat so just had to manually control it at the window. In the bathroom, the shower head was rusting and water damage was visibly evident on the shower ceiling. The mediocre service continued the following morning in the breakfast area where the food attendant was over at the front desk chatting it up with a different desk clerk while allowing coffee selections to run dry. These may sound like trivial complaints, but when an establishment is charging $200+ for a night, the service AND the property need to be on their A game, and in this case, neither of these were.

Disappointing stay for the price - small room and dismal breakfast We selected this hotel for a 4-night stay for our family because of the pool and free breakfast, and proximity to Nashville and Siegel soccer complex. The breakfast was dismal; our family struggled to find something to eat each morning from the low variety. The pool room was SO hot, making the chlorine smell even more pronounced. The pool closed while we were there because of a broken handrail. Our room was small for a family of four, and we were surprised to see no dresser available at all. For a 4-night stay, we like to unpack clothes from our bags but were not able to do that. The shower had mildew/mold in the caulking, and the faucet could only be turned off by turning the handle very hard (which our kids were not able to do on their own). Our room was only serviced one time during our stay. The ice maker on our floor was broken for our entire stay. Although I am a Hilton Honors member, we did not have any water bottles provided in our room and were not offered drinks at check-in, as we noticed was offered to other guests. We attribute this to the hotel staff; while some staff were friendly, there was one staff member at the front desk who barely acknolwedged guests and had very curt responses to any questions. Overall, we found the hotel to be in disrepair and not comfortable/convenient for our family. This was a surprise since this hotel has high reviews and we have had several pleasant stays at other Hilton properties. We spent $250 per night for a small room and not enough breakfast. We would not stay here again. This is the first hotel review that I have ever written. Although we are generally very adaptable travelers who don't need the *perfect* hotel, there were so many things about this hotel stay that were disappointing.

If you wish to be disrespected We have chosen to stay at this hotel on two previous occasions. Everything was great, so there was no hesitation to book it for another stay. The stay was going well until Saturday evening. One of the meeting rooms (1st floor) was booked for a graduation party. We were on the second floor, opposite side of the party and could here everything. When we told the front desk that the music could be heard, the reply was, "Let me see if I can have them close the door." The room was obviously over the occupancy limit because members of the party took over the entire lobby/breakfast dining area. The noise was so bad that we had to leave the hotel for awhile. In the morning, we noticed that party attendees left plenty of trash outside as well (food plates and water bottles). If Hampton Inn wishes to become a party venue we will cease our patronage of the establishment. Management at this hotel obviously felt the party was more important than overnight guests. More than one guest was complaining at check out.

4 Stars overall on TA?? Really?? We booked this hotel due to its location being near what we were visiting and due to the good reviews on TA. I cannot agree. The staff was pleasant so that was not the issue. We did digital check in. That did not work. The computers were down and we had to wait a good while in the lobby to just check in. We got ready to take a shower and the knob was stuck in place. Someone had to come give it a hard (and I mean hard) budge to move it for us. I would not have pulled on it that hard because I would not want to break it. And breakfast … should have been better. If you have dietary restrictions, go elsewhere. We turned the heat on and it smelled like we were burning food in the room. It probably had not been turned on in a while. We have traveled to all 50 states so we travel and stay in a good number of hotels. I only rate this one 3 stars.
