This place was the most awful I have been. This place was terrible. Room was filthy. No breakfast. No pool. No service. Had to hunt down anyone to get service. Stairways smelled like urine. Pretty sure drugs were being sold there. No ice. Ice machine was stuffed with bedding. No coffee machine in room. One paper drinking cup. Housekeeping spoke no English. Towels were stained. No iron. Soap dish torn off of wall. No trash can.

Gross I should have listened to the reviews. We prepaid online for our room and when we checked in the rude host at the desk said they never received payment. We showed him that it had come out of our bank but he insisted. We finally gave in and gave him another card, which he charged immediately for 4 nights. The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. There were burns on the sink, tub and wall. The soap dish in the tub was falling out and had mold under it, as did the shower curtain. The Tv remote only changed channels, no volume and it could not be shut off. The rug had been pulled up and walking across the floor made your feet or socks black. There were 2 skimpy bath towels, and the furniture had stains. The toilet was loose, one of the beds had no blanket. The ceiling fan was covered with filthy dust. The lamp on the wall was missing a bulb and was also missing the switch to turn it on and off! People were congregating out on the balcony and it appeared that people were living there long term. The final straw was when i went to take a shower and did not get any hot water. We packed up our things and told the front desk we were leaving. We called customer service snd they could not issue a refund, that it was up to the hotel. We are now working with our bank to get the charges refunded. Run, don't walk and don't even think of staying here!!!

Won’t go there again Requested late checkout and I been told they will put me for noon checkout. A gentleman kept knocking on my door, when I told him I requested late check out he said “ No pay or get out “ very rude. Wont recommend for anyone

Disappointed The door lock was broken. It was reported to the front desk, he said I will be there when I can. I requested a refund so I could go somewhere else, he refused. He did not come to fix my door for over an hour, I could not go to eat or leave my room at all until he got around to fixing my door

NASTY, BEWARE ____ The nastiest place ever!! NASTY!! There is mold everywhere, no toilet paper, cups or plastic glasses to be found, no coffee for the coffee maker, tv remote did not work. Oh yea the place hasn’t been vacuumed in a while. We checked in and left to find a safe room somewhere else __. Room 129 should be condemned. Beware it’s disgusting _
