Lipstick on a Pig First off let me say that the photos that are previously posted are misleading because that’t not how it looks now. They are old. I just left there snd have stayed there for months. If you’re looking for a quality place to stay that’s relaxing and reasonably priced, this is not it. The hotel just finished “remodeling” and let mw tell you, they should get their money back. They got played. The hotel staff is nice enough but are inept at their job. When I first spoke to their “manager” to get an extended stay price, he gave me a fairly decent one or so I thought. The price was for a room that was for your typical room, not a one bedroom suite on the third floor near the elevator. While I was in that room, I could hear the elevator make a constant whining noise. So I moved to the first floor, a bigger room. I asked about the price, I was told there wouldn’t be an increase. Meaning I paid the bigger room price for my smaller room. There were several instances where people would be yelling, running down hall ways, banging on different doors throughout the night and when complained against nothing was done. There would be people stomping up stairs for hours and again nothing done. There is a difference between walking hard and stomping. When the hotel help said they called, the stomping got worse. No one would cone and listen, they’d just say they already called. There’re notices every where about smoking cigarette and pot every where yet I’d smell it constantly in my room. And agin nothing done. The photos I posted are after the “renovations”. High price for a 1 star. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they didn’t increase my rent and they were niceish.

No redeeming qualities. Avoid. Front desk had a poor attitude. Behaved like they were doing you a favor when you would request linen. Rooms are dated. Haven't seen a lick of paint since it was built. Curtains and carpet smell of mildew. AC maintenance also lacking. Worse still, they increased the rate without authorization. Management team refused to help. This place lacks the basics. Customer care doesn't exist. They're hot there too please the customer, but fill their pockets. No redeeming qualities.Avoid at all cost.

Pit We used Sonesta points for this (no cash out of pocket) and felt we overpaid. We were traveling with our adult daughter and thought a suite with a separate bedroom would be perfect. BIG problem: The hvac control is in the living room and there is NO vent in the bedroom. So the bedroom was warm and stuffy, making sleeping very difficult. The building itself is an eyesore. Some positives: bathroom passed the throne test with flying colors; lighting was decent; towels, considering the price point, were satisfactory. Room itself was decent sized. Check in/out was quick and pleasant.

Outrageous incidental fee Hotel is cool…even pet friendly. Never coming back tho. The incidental fee is 250. I looked at the pin pad and it says 250 and I’m thinking i know I prepaid for the room, I look next to keypad and it says 250 incidental fee. I know you get that back after a few days but gotdamn that’s too much for a 2 star hotel.

Class The maid here slams the doors. That’s what they do in ghetto hotels. That’s just my personal opinion. Slamming a door is a very rude and disrespectful thing to do in all cultures and they do this here. I’ve seen it a lot.
