You’d be wise to pass on this hotel This hotel is very run down. The shower door had holes in it from the towel bar missing, cracks in the sink, holes I. The curtain and no hot food for breakfast- too many items plugged in at the same time. I would advise a hard pass on this hotel.

Absolutely UNSAFE & THEY DO NOT CARE I could give zero stars I would. We checked into the hotel around 530 today. I had a reservation for the entire Weekend for my daughter and I. Get up to the room and it smells like somebody died in there. I’m not even kidding! I sprayed a whole bunch of perfume to make it bearable. We also noticed that there was a huge gap on the side of the door & homeless people everywhere, My daughter and I sat down on the bed and we both got itchy instantly. I always check the beds when we are at hotels to make sure that there’s no bedbugs and there was not any sign of them so that was good. One star not! We were in the hotel for maybe 30 minutes most of which we were just chilling on the bed because we’ve been in the car for six hours and we’re both very tired from the day. I decided let’s go sit in the hot tub super risky on that right? After looking at the dirt on my feet from walking around on the filthy carpet, I had had enough. I contacted Expedia to see if they could refund my Saturday night because we were going to be leaving They contacted the hotel manager, who then asked for me to come to the. He came up to my room and said it smells good in here. I said no kidding , sir. I just sprayed half a bottle of freaking perfume so that we could breathe in here! He proceeded to tell me that the door was secure, I said yeah that’s why you can see directly into my room and you can push it open. I said I do not feel safe here I have my 13-year-old daughter daughter and myself and we do not feel safe bottom line. He got pretty pissy with me after I pointed out that there was a bug in the fridge. I told him we’re done we’re leaving. I proceeded to go to the desk to check out and ask for my receipt. He refused to give to me. This hotel is a joke! Your top priority should be that your customers feel safe and valued. We felt neither of those things. I have the entire incident recorded my daughter filmed every bit of it. Expedia once again contacted the front desk who said that there was nothing they were going to do for me. I was just basically out of $180. I think you’d be better off sleeping in your car than this slum hotel! You should be ashamed of yourself!!! My daughter and I now have nowhere to sleep tonight!! Our home is being renovated and we cannot go home until Sunday. Guess it’s a good thing I’ve got a car. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Horrible When I walked into this hotel I immediately noticed how bad it stunk. On top of that my room smelt worse then anywhere in the hotel smelt like mold, and there were stains all on my bedsheets and the floors were sticky. wouldn't recommend at all.

BED BUGS, disrepair, awful managment - DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Rooms are in disrepair - large metal cover on A/C falling off in 1st room, hole in ceiling around sprinkler in 2nd room. Wi-Fi did not work (and it was a business trip, and I needed wi-fi to do my work) Woke up to a bed bug crawling in my bed. Management has been very difficult to deal with regarding the bed bug issue. Front staff said I would definitely get a refund, but I had to spend several hours over the phone with parent company to get it. I have serious concerns that they continue to allow guests to stay in this room without treating it because the management did not assure me in any way that they would treat the room for bed bugs.

Stay away - Filthy, and covered in box elder bugs My husband tried to stay here with our sun for a fun boys weekend. Hotel was filthy. There were box elder bugs swarming the windows, and in the beds. The pool was hot, moldy, and musty. They checked out and got a refund when they found the bugs in the bed. We knew it wouldn't be super nice, but we were at least expecting it to be clean.
