Best pizza I have ever had Went here on a whim and holy moly was I blown away! Ordered the roasted veggie pizza with goat cheese. Oh man oh man wasit amazing! Got the spaghetti Bolonase and Caesar salad with the garlic bread, oh my god I was sold! Best place to eat in Tahoe hands down. So good, so full of flavor. Went there three nights in a row. Loved it so much. Definitely a stop for all who are in the area of Tahoe where you can easily access this lovely gem. Great place to eat, good prices and probably some of the best food you will get in Tahoe.

Family reunion Terrible place! No condition, just fans, but it did not cool down the room. So hot in room at the evening. A lot of garbage around of the hotel. We paid over $300 for a room - way too expensive. Will not stay in this hotel anymore and do not recommend for anybody. Private beach entrance $10 per person - it is expensive, cheaper to pay $10 per car at Pope Beach. We never saw so ran down hotel in CA

Don’t stay here !! Ok so the pictures I saw online suckered me I'm into booking this hotel. And it wasn't cheap to stay here either. Book this spot if you plan on taking out ur own trash and leaving it outside ur room to get picked up. No one cleans your room till you check out. Need towels get them at the front desk. That's a joke. I was trying to relax being in Lake Tahoe but this dump made our stay a disaster . It was More like motel. It was tiny, the bathroom they don't refill the shampoos and conditioners and the shower curtain looks like they need to replace it is supposed to be white and at the bottom was reddish like rust . Then going to the room no telephone or controller for the tv. There was papers stating press 0 to call the from desk with what my phone!!! So if we had an issue we had to walk over all the time to the front desk . The control replacement was a joke only the channel button works we had to walk over to turn up or down the volume and turn on or off the tv. Fridge sucks don't bring food unless you plan on tossing because it will go bad. Wow don't stay keep scrolling for a different hotel. This place needs a massive upgrade. Trust me don't make the same mistake like we did staying here.

Emma Buechel We loved our stay at Basecamp. Great location, close to restaurants and beach. Also right connected with brewery with tasty beer! Although weather was smokey the hotel wasnt a bad place to be since beach and lake were closed. We hope to come back and would stay here again.

Old and musty and overpriced. We stayed here July 16th thru the 19th. Due to covid there was no housekeeping service, no breakfast and the hottub was closed ( the hot tub I understand). The common areas of the hotel were filthy. The staircases hadn't been swept in years. The room was very rustic - not in a nice way. Our bill for three nights was 880.00 and it was definitely not worth the money. Employees were all very nice and the location is convenient. However based on the physical condition of the hotel I would never consider recommending it to anyone
