Our new Tahoe resort choice for future visits Hotel is beautiful with a calming beachy vibe and suite style rooms. Loved gathering by the fireplace with our dog in the cozy and spacious seating area where we visited with other guest. Valet was super helpful, kind and working to be efficient (Emmanuel is all smiles!) even during the stress of the resort rush arrival traffic.

EMMANUEL IS THE BEST Best place to stay for walking around Heavenly Village. Valet was a surprise, but they were very professional and Emmanuel made sure everyone was cared for. Never used valet before, but if all valet teams work like Margaritaville then I might have to start using them.

Ridiculous fees that double the price at checkin Not only do you pay a $35 resort fee, they charge a $30 valet fee, not negotiable. I don't even want someone else driving my car, just let me park my car normally. automatic 1 star for ridiculous fees.

Valet! Valet was great and amazing! Best family trip ever! Emmanuel is best at valet! Very kind, funny, caring and nice! Makes the best first impression for the trip! Hotel is very clean and family friendly.

Great Experience. Valet Staff for the win!!! Got a chance to stay at the newly renovated margaritaville. Formerly the Lake Tahoe resort. They really did a great job refreshing the place. The rooms are all redone with new furniture and an updated bathroom. Rooms are very spacious for my family of 3. The lounge area is redone and offers live music by the bar which was a nice treat to hear the music from your room. We ate at the landshark restaurant and the food was reasonably priced and tasty. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. Especially the VALET crew!!!! We stayed during a busy weekend and they worked real hard to manage everyone and get things done in an efficient and safe manner. By far the best valet experience we’ve had during our travels. Also the free ski valet was a nice addition to the hotel and made storing our snow gear easy and kept the room cleaner.
