DO NOT STAY HERE me and my friend decided to stay here and on the 2nd night we decided to go swimming around 11pm and then we go to try to get in our room and none of our keys are working. we go to the front office and it was locked and empty. we waited and waited all the way until 930 am!!! throughout our wait in the night 2 older men kept coming out of their rooms every 10-15 minutes watching us all the way until we got our keys fixed at 930am. one of the guys was even trying to get me to stay in his room. so of curse they just made it worse and more uncomfortable. we were unable to go get another hotel because our phones and wallets were in the room so we were sitting ducks. once the guy got there in the morning he didnt even care and still tried to charge us for the night we didnt even sleep in the room.

Bad start to a vacation we arrived around 430, after a leaving the beach, check in is at 4pm, and our room was not ready. front desk said it should be ready in 30 mins, so i said ok. we went to Whataburger got food ate returned and came back and our room was still not ready! this was around 530 something, i gave another benefit of doubt and told her we would be in the pool. she said, ill come and give you your key in about 10 to 15 mins. wellllll pool was a let down itself but tried to make the best. 30 mins went by and no key, so i went to ask and she said she had gotten super busy and room was ready, finally 6pm . went to the room and noticed a dirty standing fan and the room was hot! i thought it was due to the door being open for housekeeping. welll 615pm room got hotter and hotter....ac never cooled so went to front desk, she said she was unaware of any ac issues but would move us to the room right next door. went back to tell my husband and son but noticed housekeeeping was still in the room, waited another 15mins and finally got in. 2nd room never cooled, even awaited another 30 mins and ac stopped working! went to tell front desk and she had the nerve to ask me how many people were in my room! because if its over crowded it would take forever to cool! that was the last line! i had enough of this hotel, so finally, 3 hours after original check in time i asked for my money back! two hot rooms and the audacity to ask me that!? come on! i had stayed there before with a great experience and this time was too many issues that it was a HUGE disappoint! i will never stay here again! there were other guest waiting same amount of time for their rooms to get cleaned, that just lets me know they are not concerned about their customer check in time. we did receive full refund but sad to have had such a terrible experience to the start of our trip.

Mini Vacation My wife and myself decided at the last minute to take a little mini vacation to the island and stayed here. The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly. We had a good time on our mini vacation and hope to go again soon.

For the price it’s great. Liked the Kitchenette, beds where comfortable, walls are more quite than other hotels in the area. Staff were friendly. I had a good experience overall in this hotel. Do not expect beach side or beach access. This hotel is located on the main of street of the island and restaurants are near.

Weekend getaway By far the worst ever!!! Started at check in, rooms not available. Was told to comeback at 3:00 pm room was still not available I got my room at 4:00 pm, to learn that my room has been ready since I checked in. Really!! We asked for management was told to leave a message never did he return our call. The same man “Sam “ is the property manager the same man that check us in. How can you be a property manager and can’t even check in your guest properly. The oldest lie in the book “2 people didn’t come in today” don’t recommend this hotel at all!!!! Thumbs down. For $200 a night I was not expecting this. To top it off cable was not working but still they didn’t feel we needed to get compisated!!!!
