Eddie and Karaoke with Klass This place is cool, but…Eddie with Karaoke with Klass makes it worth it. Eddie is the most fun and knows how to get the crowd involved. I wasn’t planning on singing karaoke but had SO MUCH FUN. Come to the Sapphire, come to Pearl, and sing some karaoke.

Family vacation at the Pearl Even though we stay at the Pearl several times a year, I was concerned about all of the negative reviews. Actually with the new management, the resort was better than ever. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was cleaned every day and our stay was very enjoyable. I do appreciate the extra security around the pool area that the resort provided. We look forward to our next trip.

Very Enjoyable Very clean property,room was very clean,very close to the beach,beach was very clean and a big sand bar about 100 feet out protected the main beach from to big of waves,you were allowed on sand bar,resort very close to everything.Only bad thing was there was no maid service daily,you needed to ask for linens

Not ever going back!! This place needs a complete and total gutting. Needs renovated badly! It doesn't cost much to simply clean and replace a shower curtain or light bulb here and there. I can't believe how this place stays in business. The bed was horrible, we could feel every spring in it...there was rust and mold throughout the room. No housekeeping services due to COVID which I think was a BS way of not providing clean towels and linens daily. Hot water was almost non-existent. Wished I would of read these reviews before we booked. I wouldn't go back if they paid me to stay there.

Not impressed! Reserved for 2 nights. First of all, the Room was not as clean as I’d expect for the price. Floors were not swept very good especially in bathroom and bed skirt was stained. The bath towels smelled weird and so did the corridor. Worst of all We didn’t have hot water the first night but didn’t notice until about 9pm. Mgmt said they’d take care of it but I fell asleep by 1030 waiting! Had it in the morning but on the second day we noticed we had NO water at all at about 4p. It got turned back on after awhile when I called the front desk (using my cell btw since room phone didn’t work) BUT again NO hot water! _ I wouldn’t recommend this place.
