Don’t bother making a reservation, you still won’t have a room If I could give zero stars I would. I used travel points to reserve a room via my travel app a week before traveling. When I arrived at 10pm on the date of my reservation I was informed that no rooms were available. The desk staff spoke very broken English in a soft tone of voice thru a plexiglass partition, so understanding what he was saying was a challenge, but I did understand that I was not only not going to be staying the night in a room I had paid for in advance, but I was also not going to receive any sort of assistance from the people who overbooked their hotel to the detriment of a would be guest. When I asked how I was able to make a reservation at all if the place was already booked to capacity, I was informed that rooms WERE available at that time. When I followed up with why there were no rooms now, I was informed by the person at the desk that it was because they overbooked the place. At the rate they were charging for the night, I honestly did not expect much more than a clean bed and bathroom, but what I got was a "sorry, not sorry, so be shovin' now."

Horrible Put up real pictures of the property. Then get some breakfast out, not the old fruit, juice or food. Then give people options with the good. Get some bleach for the towels and sheets, they have stains and smell like smoke. Get new mattresses, those are soiled. New hardware for the restroom could make the water flow better. Vacuum up all the food from previous guests. Or let the price match what you offer!

Warning, horrible!!! Stains on sheets, comforter had holes, couch was FILTHY (black stains everywhere) lamp shades had tears, paint peeling, etc. Only nice thing... bathroom was very clean. We slept on top of covers since room was non refundable.

Good hotel Great hotel great location this hotel is great and it’s safe just on the outskirts of Memphis Tennessee and it’s safe and clean you will definitely be coming back to this location the service is good and the owner is awesome

Clean and friendly I have my custody exchange in Memphis. This hotel was only 10 minutes from the airport. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I arrived early and the front desk got me in my room as soon as possible
