No bathroom mirror This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in that had no bathroom mirror. After my first night, I mentioned it and they said they would put one in there. They didn’t. It was very inconvenient. I asked That the manager call me about it and maybe apply a discount. I never did receive a call, that was disappointing. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Unacceptably Poor The hotel didn’t have the reservation I made through hotels.com, for which we prepaid. When we called hotels.com they tried to call the hotel multiple times but they wouldn’t answer. At least two other guests that day had the same problem with their bookings. Surely not a coincidence and feels like a deliberate attempt by the hotel to scam their guests . Not having another option at this point in the day, we went ahead and paid for another room. The hotel is badly in need of updating. Carpet and decor are old, worn, and mismatched. They advertise pool and hot tub, but both have been permanently closed since 2020. False advertising. The room had no fridge or microwave as promised on hotels.com. The room has not been updated since before cell phones. Only a couple of wall outlets. The clock was not plugged in, nor could it be without moving it away from the bedside table. The coffee maker had to be moved to the bathroom to be used. Bathroom fixtures I haven’t seen since the 80s. The mirror had fallen down the wall behind the dresser. Dresser drawers were ill fitted and could not close snugly. Breakfast was very basic. Bottom line, find another hotel, one not owned and operated by Khan Management.

Pool and hot tub closed Advertised a pool and hot tub , when we arrived we were advised they both were permanently closed. No compensation was offered other than we could cancel with no fee. Frustrated.

OK place - but will be a last choice We just stayed this last weekend. I will say that the room was clean. However, the walls are paper thin and we could here our neighbors. They advertise coffee pot etc in the roon but we had to go to the front desk and ask for a coffee pot and coffee. There was nothing to set the luggae on so we set it on the extra bed. The Wifi was questionable, the TV/remote didn't work well, the refrigerator had a loud constant tick so we had to unplug it. Therefore, it wasn't usable. The second morning we went to have breakfast and in looking through the cream cheese container for plain cream cheese, the first one was so old that it was completely dry and rattled. The 2nd one we found had been opened and was dry. We finally found some that we could use. There wasn't anyone at the front desk when we checked out so I could not pass along my concerns or get a receipt. I'm sure that we will not stay here again unless it is our only option. Please pass this along to the local management in Spearfish.
